received two defective TVS
2nd time receiving this TV and the first one was cracked at the bottom. I received the replacement tv today and this one won't stay on when you turn it on. I hit the power button and the tv lights up but no words or menu options display. The worst experience ever right before christmas. My next tv won't be here till next year and I already feel like that is going to be a waste of time.

I have a smaller Samsung tv and love it but this 82 inch has given me the blues. This tv would rarely read the remote signal. The tv would make a stuttering sound and automatically shut off, like it was trying to reset itself. Then the sound would go out and I would have to turn the tv off and then back on for the sound to restore. This would happen throughout the day. This would happen since day one. Could not access the apps on the tv. Sometimes I could not adjust the volume with the remote I would have to turn the tv off then on before I could turn the volume up or down. Contacted tech support several times. This tv will definitely be going back. I received a defective one. I've had it for about 3.5 weeks.Mom6yrold
