Great features, Great Performance, Great Durabilit
I bought this product 1 year ago its amazing ita really fast and responsive. It has great performance and it is really durable I dropped it once on concrete and it didn't break impressive samsung keep up the hard work.

Not an upgrade
Very disappointed in this product. I loved my original galaxy watch and decided to "upgrade" to the galaxy watch 4 classic. It wasn't an upgrade. With all the features enabled my original galaxy watch would still be around 50% battery after 24 hours. With the same settings on the watch 4 it's not even close. The last two days its not even making it 20 hours. The apps in the watch don't seem to be the battery drain, so it's either the sensors or the operating system. The sensors in the original watch didn't kill the battery that bad, so I'm guessing it's the OS on the watch 4. Wear OS is not an upgrade to Tizen, there aren't that many watch apps in the play store, and most of them are just step counters, calorie trackers, or music players. How many of those do you need? Still no Google Assistant, and really that's not going to be that big a deal anyway.... it's a watch. Samsung would be better off ditching Wear OS and going back to Tizen, we all know Google will stop developing Wear OS anyway, just like most of the other projects they release. The extra features the watch 4 has over the original watch just aren't that important. ECG is not really that useful, Body Composition is not that accurate, and Blood Pressure isn't even available in the US. Today is the last day I could return this watch. I'm probably going to keep it and see if samsung can save it through software updates, but I'm not hopeful. In the meantime, I'll go back to my original galaxy watch and know it will be there all day for me.

    Battery life
    I love my watch 4 but I can't quite get over the battery life. It's been 8 months since I purchased this watch. Let me tell, the watch 4 will not let you down in performance. You have an x amount of workout you can do, as well as keeping track of your hearth rate, info on your body composition, and more, perfect for someone like me who's engaged in physical activities daily. I love the rounded shape of the screen, super comfortable to wear, definitely one of the best looking watches outhere. Like products there's always cons and for me is the battery life. With heavy use, it will last you at best 5hrs, normal use 18-20 hrs from my experience. It can also get you through an entire day depending on your settings. Overall beautiful watch with an amazing software experience but poor battery life.

    This device has tremendously helped boost my health ratings as well as keep me safe for when I pass out it alerts my wife literally no hard fault it was detected it helps with measuring my heart rate as well as my steps and keeping me healthy

    This is my first smart watch. Band is comfortable and bettery life is long. I can track all of my fitness. There are some health monitoring feature like ECG. I hope unlock the blood pressure monitoring near future update.

    Best watch with health tracking features
    I bought it over a year ago and since then it has been very useful to track down the health data which can be used to change your habits and see improvements over the course of time. The customizable watch face gives good flexibility to see the data on the go as per user needs. Would definitely recommend to someone who likes to wear watches but also mutltask at the same time.

    All this watch for my wife and she loves she's a beginner at operating these electronics. She loves how the health features keeps up with her heartbeat as well as her steps and she's doing more healthy routines than ever

    No water damage warranty
    For a "fitness tracker" with swim detection, this watch does a terrible job for any water protection. Owned this watch for less than a year and started malfunctioning. Not aware of the problem initially, watch was sent it for repair to only be told that the warranty does not protect against water damage. So either pay up for the repair or get the watch back broken.

    Light weight and awesome
    I received this as a gift and was surprised how light weight it is compared to the Apple Watch. The screen is very clear and just my size. Love it but too bad I don't have the phone to ho wit it :(

    True upgrade from my Gear S3
    This watch is an amazing improvement over my Gear S3. Much more features, battery life is much better and also charges very fast. The Google designed OS is a welcomed change. I've also seen other reviews of over heating problems and I will say that I live in south east Georgia where the weather gets in the high 90's and not once have I had an overheating issue with my watch. Highly recommend this watch for anyone with a Samsung phone.
