Overall, a great car seat.
Love this seat! It's super easy to adjust to different positions. It's a pain to move back and forth, so if you'll be using two cars I'd suggest getting two seats. We got this a couple weeks ago, and my daughter loves it. It look comfier than her usual infant seat, so I can see why it put her to sleep faster. My daughter is 8 months and can sit unassisted, but I felt a little insecure using position 2 for her instead of 3(3 is reclined like an infant seat while 2 is slightly reclined).

Sent me the WRONG item, beware.
I ordered this safety first go and grow, waited for it to deliver just to get a completely wrong item. They mailed me a Big Joe Bean Bag Chair. They wont start any refund or return until the bean bag is in their possession, so i have to wait an additional 2-3 weeks just for a carseat i should have gotten the first time.

    Annoying Rattle
    The car set itself is fine, it's the constant annoying rattle the handles to adjust the back up/down make the whole time the car is going. We bought this to have when we have our grandson. I think he's used it twice since Nov 22. We keep it in the car because it's just easier which means we have to hear this annoying rattle almost daily. Wish there was a way to fix.

    Badly packaged and handled
    When I receive the package, the box was crushed basically opened already! I got this as a gift for my niece that will be here soon and now I'm worried that it could be somehow damaged, it doesn't look like it but still! I'm very disappointed about the packaging overall and what seems to be how it was handled

    Amazing carseat highly recommend!
    Absolutely love this carseat I can't wait to put it in my car my son seems very comfortable in it I'm going to order another one for my daughter on Friday! He sits in it without complaining or whining (he's 20 months and I've been struggling to find a carseat he likes) he whined when he saw the carseat (I needed to adjust the straps for him) and as soon as his butt hit the cushion and he realized it was comfy he quit whining and just chilled and started watching the tv while I adjusted the straps and head piece I love how it reclines back alot because in December I'll be going out of state to see family and we travel at night when we go out of state cause my kids are babies (2 under 2) so it'll be great to be able to recline him back and not be worried about his neck getting crooked or anything same for my daughter since I'm getting her one I highly recommend this carseat you can get it at newborn stage and never have to buy another one! I wish I would've got this when they were newborns!!

    Seems wonderful.
    We haven't hooked it up in the car yet but my baby has sat in it to adjust straps and all that, she seemed very comfortable in it, it was very easy to take the padding off to wash, it's simple enough to put back together too. I will update my review once we put it in the car and go for a ride.

    I bought a cheaper carseat for my daughter from walmart , left it in someone's car and I decided to spend the money and buy this one to replace it. It is so comfortable and snuggly for smaller toddlers , my daughter is 2yrs but very small this is the perfect grow with me stroller

    Too bulky and uncomfortable
    I dont know if its me but still I cannot find a comfortable position for my baby on this car seat... its too up right, soo bulky, we always have to push the seat up. It has levels you can adjust but I have seen other kids with friendlier car seats, easier, less bulky I personally dont like that the lever to adjust it is in the front. With a rear facing baby the lever end up being against the seat and hard to reach so youve got to unbuckle, adjust then put everything back. So, i know some people like that the cup holders are removable for easy cleaning but i find it pointless - We actually flew away for the holidays and the airline some how undid the cup holders and lost them... i hate that they are removable lol now i have a carseat with small holes in the cup holders and my child will get everything stuck in there (crayons, snacks.... you cant get it out...)

    One year old fits comfortably. Seems to really enjoy her new seat. Sturdy and safe. For whatever reason, this seat did not come in its own packaging, with insulation for travel and delivery. It was just thrown in a box. Which caused some cosmetic damage. In addition to that, the buckles on the harness were installed improperly. We had to remove and re-do. It just isnt worth all of the aggravation to send things back anymore. I think companies realize that, which is why THEY EITHER SEND THE WRONG PRODUCT OR A DAMAGED PRODUCT.

    I love it so much! its like a recliner for my sweet girl! she seems to like it a lot better than the infant seat and she doesnt get as cranky! Ive always loved safety 1st products!
