I like the clarity and the ease of use
i like the clarity and the ease of use samsung brings to this au8000 tv. i combined it with the hw-q600a soundbar & swa-9100s rear speakers & it exceeded my wildest expectations. no complaints. i'm loving the samsung+ channel lineups too!

Poor Picture Quality and Worse from Off Center
the picture quality is poor. i tried many combinations of the different settings. even at its best, the lighting is off. from straight on, it's not too bad, but if i am watching from off to the side, the whites are very washed out. i am using amazon firestick with amazon firetv recast to watch with over the air signal. this all worked much better with my prior samsung tv. same white-washing when i tune to the samsung tv channels. i have the 50" model.

    Senior Citizen friendly tv
    This television is older person friendly. Since the remote can be difficult for older citizens who are used to the number key pad on the remote. Also we are well pleased with the sharp and clear picture on the television. For younger people I am sure it will do much more than we use, but for senior citizen who just wants to watch television is a fantastic picture and easy to use Highly recommend this television.

    LIVE TV AND CLEAR BOLD COLOR
    it was easy to set upand i like the live like picture and the color is so crisp bold and vivid but the remote control is a little confusing. a birthday early xmas gift from my kids just got it a couple of day ago still have to learn it.

    Great tv
    This is an amazing tv. It came in great condition shipping company was very fast and thorough. It hooked up to my wifi very easily and my 5g. Have had no issues with streaming any of my favorites accounts. The sound on it is amazing and the picture quality is amazing. Works amazing with my gaming also. No lag at all. Would recomend this to all of my family and friends. Also very light weight and small so doesn't take up very much space at all. I have it on the lehs right now which was a breeze to assemble no screws which i loved that part so much. Also hooked up to my bluetooth speaker easily and sound bar. The alexa part is so nice also since i love amazon . Its great fot live sports cant wait till nfl season. It will be amazing.

    although i waited a long time to receive this product, samsung did not disappoint. this tv is great! the image quality and sound system are great. i do find it a bit strange that samsung has pre-selected the apps you can see on the bar right away, but have to click on another place to see the rest of the apps. it is hard to find them at first, until you finally remember where they are downloaded to. i would assume that the apps you use the most are the ones you can see right away, but that is not the case here. my family and i enjoy this tv so much. we spent most of our time watching netflix or playing video games. overall a good tv, with some glitches.

    Although I waited a long time to receive this product, Samsung did not disappoint. this TV is great! The image quality and sound system are great. It is hard to find them at first, until you finally remember where they are downloaded to.
