These are really delicious and make my life easier. I don't cook much and this helps. I have 1 of these every day for breakfast. I like the new packaging

Croissant now the size of a cookie
I have been buying these for a long time. Kept on buying when the sausage shrunk. Kept buying when the price went up. Bought 2 boxes of 8 a couple days ago and the croissant is barely bigger than a Ritz cracker and just as thin. I will never buy Jimmy Dean again if this was not a production flaw.

    Not what I thought.
I leave for work early and wanted an easy, tasty, sausage sandwich for breakfast. JIMMY DEAN was the only choice (BEST) choice for that. Picked up a 12pack of Croissant Sausage, egg and cheese, great! They are not Croissants? more of a roll or dry bread texture, not buttery or flaky in the least, also much smaller than I expected. What happened?

wish i would not have bought it
to be fair, i am comparing these to burger kings. but even walmart's brand is better than this brand. tastes kind of plastic-y. I like jimmy dean sausages, but not in this. throwing the rest of the box away. btw, if you do try this, heat up the sausage egg for one minute, then add croissant and heat another 30 or so seconds. otherwise, reviewers elsewhere said the croissant gets too hard.

Started off great, lately lost bun quality!!
You know, my household goes through 2-3 8pk boxes of the sausage egg and cheese croissant each and every week. At first (years ago) the quality was great, but lately the buns have been some of the worse quality I've seen on any breakfast sandwiches, including the cheaper brand. I pay the extra $$$ for this name brand because the quality was always great, I've been asking myself why lately. Why do that when I can get the same or better quality elsewhere?? Attached photos are from a randomly pulled example from the newest box.
