Sceptre TV
The product and the level of service were both same outstanding. This is the norm that keeps us coming back time after time to on-line ordering from Walmart.

You will be sorry......
I wanted a small tv to mount in the corner of my kitchen. So many reviews slammed the sound on this tv. I didn't think it would bother me, so I went ahead and ordered it. BIG MISTAKE. Everything sounds like it is being broadcast through a tin can! I am going to keep it because it is just too much trouble to dismantle and return. I will be more attentive to the reviews from now on. Horrible purchase!

    so-so
I wanted a cheap little tv for my kitchen and that's what this tv is. That's okay because for the price you don't expect anything grand. The sound quality is kinda boxy and the color is hard to get just right. It is like I said okay for watching for small stretches at a time. Not good enough to watch for an evening on the couch.

    Nice Little TV
If you want a small TV that is economical and works great this one is perfect. I could get 9 channels with rabbit ears but could get 24 with a little amplified antenna.

    New purchase
Very easy to set up. Took about 15 minutes. The picture is very good. I'm using it as a personal TV in my ofc. Well worth the 80 bucks.

Great TV for the bargain price
My TV is only a few days old, but it's a great buy -- good quality at a low price. Great picture. Some reviews noted a "tinny" sound, and that's true to a slight extent, but it doesn't compromise quality. This TV is a good overall value, considering price. My single gripe? Sceptre should include a user-friendly User Manual with the TV, and not assume the buyer can print out 67 color-heavy pages of diagrams! I'm a Baby Boomer without a shred of techno-savvy, who can't guess by just looking, how to navigate the multi-step "setup" necessary before using the TV. I had to call Sceptre's Tech Support line (great for techno-dummies like me!), where a kind tech walked me through all the set-up steps on the phone. He patiently told me each button to click (& where to find it!), for each step, to complete the process so I could watch TV. Would I buy this TV again? Absolutely.

    Nice extra TV
This makes a nice extra TV for an exercise room or spare bedroom. The picture quality is good and it has lots of attractive features at a very good price. Its too soon to comment on durability ad it is new, but it appears well built. The one negative I've noted is it has a verry tinny sound quality... even more so than a cellphone. I may have to invest in external speakers.

    Tiny but clear
I am, like most all, are accustomed to Big Screens, but when my old wide back 20" TV finally died, I had to replace it and saw this great deal flash on my screen. Naturally for me, I trust Walmart to deliver great products for years. So it was a no brainer to go forward with the purchase. My son installed it in less than 7 minutes, the color pops, the remote works great and its pretty loud to be so tiny. The location, my master bathroom, so I'm not in there just watching countless movies, but I do enjoy my morning news and TV preaching while preparing for work; this tiny powerful TV works well. I didn't give it 5 stars just because its so tiny, but it is what I ordered, but for the size, it's an excellent product. I have only had it for a week, but I have no complaints at all.

    matched my needs perfectly
I was looking to replace an old crt type television in the kitchen. This 20" worked out just fine. I also purchased a pivoting wall mount to swing it out of the way which gives us more counter space when needed. Very satisfied with this purchase!

    Nice size, cheaply made
I was looking for a small TV to put in front of my treadmill. While the price was right and so was the size, the quality isn't there for me. It was intended to sit on a bookcase about 4 feet in front of the treadmill so the size was adequate. Assembly was pretty easy. Just a few screws. The menu was a tiny challenge for me and I couldn't figure out, at first, where the input menu was so that I can switch back & forth between TV air & component. Most TVs have an INPUT button on the remote. This one did not. Even after tweaking the sound to the maximum, the speakers are still way too tinny and cheap. Even though this TV is just for in front of my treadmill, I still want decent sound if I'm watching a movie on DVD. There's only 1 HDMI and 1 USB. My Sony DVD player is HDMI and so is my HDTV antenna. I could have probably bought an HDMI strip like my USB strip where I can plug in multiple things....but....I didn't want one more penny spent on the idea. So because the TV only has 1 HDMI port, it made my decision easier to return it. It was ship to store. Shipping timeframe was okay. The TV box was inside of another box. Even the Walmart associate thought that was weird. She had to open that box to take the TV box out of it. I'm probably wrong about this but there were signs that the box had already been opened and 3M clear tape was used to tape the box shut. I found it peculiar & felt that perhaps the item had been a store floor model or had already been returned once before by another customer. Sorry Walmart. A return is rare for me. It just didn't hit 100% with me.. I will keep shopping.
