    appears well made but arrived with a deep dent in front left corner. appears to still be water sealed and too heavy for me at 71 to bring it back. I do request a discount for having to accept a flawed item. please pass this request on.

    didnt view my choices wisely
    it was heavy and very sturdy.. but not a real good back up in case the code dosnt work.. would like the documnet department instead if obe big open space.

    I expected more. Expectation fell short. Many models get one confused with features. No display units in retail stores to get sense of size.

    My safe was damaged upon arrival. I opened the box and took the stryofoam off the top of the safe and the corner was dented in. Also, the "P" button on my safe does not work and you need it to make your own code and turn off the beeping noises. I tried calling the support number but they are closed at the moment. So far, I am unhappy. I was willing to overlook the damage. But not being able to set my own code is not okay. The handle seems kind of cheap but the safe itself seems decent.
