I've been a bad snorer my entire life. It's always affected my partner's ability to sleep. The first night using this, he said he didn't hear anything anymore! It was easy to follow the molding instructions and stays in place all night. I can even feel myself breathing easier when it's in. The only downside would be it takes a few days to get used to having it in your mouth if you aren't used to using night guards. I've used night guards before for teeth grinding so it wasn't too bad for me. It is a little larger than a regular night guard though since it covers both upper and lower teeth, but it's not too uncomfortable for me.

    Works but Sticky
    It helped me not snore, but it was so tight to my teeth on both the top %26 the bottom that I had to pry it off. Only used it for one night %26 tossed it.

    Great buy
    I have tried many so called "Anti-Snore Devices" in the past. This is the only one that actually worked for me. Past few nights has been the best sleep I have gotten in years. No more waking up in the middle of nights is great. Yes, you will have gum and teeth soreness only for a few minutes after waking up though. I highly recommend this product. Thank you Snore MD!!

    Amazing
    The reviews were iffy but keeping my wife awake for years I had to try it. I'm glad I did I stopped snoring right away. It takes some getting used to put stick with it. I do have a large mouth and big teeth so maybe it's not for smaller mouths

    Worked as should for 5 days Falls out out now
    It worked as it should the first night I tried it. 5 days later it fell out through the night. Every night after that, it never stayed in place. Waste of money. Don't buy
