Works like new. Got it for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it. I called number given cause i didnt know how to pair remotes and they were very helpful as well.

Do not buy
They sent me a refurbished system filled with dead unidentifiable bugs, which I didn't know of until I sent it to PlayStation to get it fixed because it wouldn't stop crashing and freezing. I tried to contact PlayStation support, and Square trade but I was sent back and forth between the company's. I'm currently trying to get a refund or get it fixed but no luck.

    perfect item unfortunately it was delivered in bubble wrap in a walmart box and was refused by facility , it was not secure in orginal type packaging sealed and tamper proof bummer

    Damaged Hard Drive
    The product shipped fast and came with all the equipment, but it was covered in dust and the box was damaged. When I went to turn on the system I realized they just did a factory reset and just left it at that. That would be fine but the hard drive was actually damaged and they never actually “refurbished” the system. It was completely unplayable even after I attempted to do a manual usb system reset from the PlayStation website. I ended up returning the product and I am waiting for my refund. For how much they are asking for it would be in your best interest to just invest in a new console then buy from this company.

    Don't do refurbished seller does not even replay
    It did not work kept kicking us out of the games finally took it back and got a new one. Still waiting for my refund.

    Bad bad bad.
    Was sent a refurbished ps4, when the site never mentioned it being refurbished, paid $470 for a used ps4 with no box, the incorrect power cord (whatever its for its for an apple product). I am very much angry and disappointed, and probably will never use walmart.com to order anything ever again. Not to mention it didn't even come from the company it said it was coming from! If I wanted game swift refurbished products I would've bought at my local game stop, or ordered it directly from Sony for $250.... very mad momma of an autistic son!

    HORRIBLE PACKAGING THIRD PARTY SELLER!
    first of all. my package took almost 3 weeks to deliver.. then to find out that Packaging was poorly packaged.. the ps4 slim i got was from a third party seller.. came from a pawn shop called america pawn.. the ps4 slim console was dirty and missing some rubber stands for the bottom.. overall the ps4 works decent. but i would reccomend you buy a brand new console..
