After reading reviews about the majority of them coming in really damaged, I was so worried. Especially since I bought white ones. Upon arrival, the boxes weren't even damaged, so I had hope

Very disappointing experience
The file cabinet was heavily damaged. I had it shipped so that I would not have the hassle of having to lift it, but now I still have to. On top of that, they could not replace it so off to the store I go

    No lock?
    There is no lock that came with the file cabinet. It is supposed to have a lock and keys, that's the point.

    Disappointed
    The products came dented. Reached out to customer service and never heard back. Really needed it and did not have time to return it. Unfortunate to spend money on something defective.

    Sufficient for the time being
    Great price, seems as durable as any other metal fole cobinet! Disappointed in the handling process, whether from the store or deliverer it arrived with several punctures in the box and was hoping that it didn't reach the cabinet but it did. More importantly the keys were not secure, simply floating around in the box with one hanging out of the untaped portion of the bottom of the box

    This was a waste of my money!
    It was cheaply made, the drawers do not close correctly, there was a dent in the bottom drawer!

    No keys.
    My order arrived on time and not damaged but I spent 15 minutes looking for the keys to fit the lock. Should there be keys with the file cabinet?

    Good, reasonable priced, but dented.
    Very nice cabinet, and fast delivery. Although the box was completely fine, the filing cabinet did indeed have a dent in the lower left back. Apparently was dented prior to being boxed. Luckily it is near the bottom, and not to noticeable. Just a reminder that if you order this, there is a chance of arriving with a dent in it. Perhaps it should state that this item is a possible scratch and dent item for sale.
