Spring Valley Vitamins
Spring Valley CoQ10 + Carnitine is for heart health. I know a lot of people who take this & swear by it. I have no heart problems but what I can tell you is that I feel better. I have more energy & feel more alert. I am a 67 year old woman that was skeptic about vitamins but most always had used Spring Valley Brand. I am a believer.

Price ok, color no.
The color is so dark and repulsive. I don't like to put it in my mouth. Why can't they put it in orange or other more pleasing colors

    Spring Valley Carnitine L CQ10
    Circulation, blood pressure, heart health, cholesterol, energy are just few reasons to take these. My doctor recommended it few years back and with healthy diet and daily walks I got off statins after 13 years being on them. It worked for me but please consult your doctor before you start or stop taking any supplements or vitamins. I will continue to buy them and take them but I do wish they come in a smaller form (one Star off)

    Poor Quality waste of money
    Spring Valley CoQ10 Supplement has been something I have bought many times. So when it cam on sale I bought 4 bottles. When they arrived I opened 1 it had orange slim in the bottle with the caps, so I opened another same thing and the next bottle the same. Only one bottle was okay to use. Very disappointed with the quality of this product and unable to get any kind of reimbursement.

    Extra large pills!
    The pills are way to large compared to other brands!! The orange is a different brand!! The brown is this brand!!

    Look at the dosage.
    We have been trying to conceive for two years snd the doctor highly recommended my husband start this. No aftertaste or upset stomach after ingestion. Be sure to review the dosage... these are not the greatest value. Two pills = 200mg.

    Read the fine print- Disappointing!
    My doctor suggested this, and suggested 200 mg/day. I liked the price and value here and went for it. I just discovered that the bottle is kind of misleading, with the label saying "200 mg/serving"… but the fine print tells us that a serving is 2 capsules… why not just indicate on the label exactly what it is; 50 100 mg capsules. This disappointed me. It is not the value I thought it is. I will continue with the product and may very well stick w this brand, but am not 100% sure.
