    Like the quick, easy method of taking a Vitamin D gummie each morning. Soft and chewable. Tastes sweet. Good method for providing Vitamin D to those that have difficulty of swallowing tablets whole. We follow directions on bottle label as to dosage and use this supplement since, according to medical articles, Vitamin D can not be produced by the human body.
