Does Walmart know there distributors I ordered and was supposed to be delivered on Aug 17, 2021 and when I contacted they said it would be delivered on Aug 24,2021 I received it in a Amazon box and it was refurbished which I did not order I paid 100.00 for it and a receipt in box from Amazon for 68.00. If I wanted from Amazon I would have purchased it from Amazon

    This is the most uncomfortable headset I have ever
    Too tight and uncomfortable even for small heads, can't use while charging. This is THE WORST headset I have had the displeasure of using. They're so tight, even on a small head, the battery life sucks, and you can't use them while they're charging. Would not recommend.

    Got these as an upgrade from my wired RiG set. Turtle Beach used to be the go to for headsets. I've had constant audio interruptions since purchased. I've tried everything. Even a full console reset, etc. everything is fully charged, fully updated and yet I can't play 30 seconds without losing audio. Randomly disconnects as well. Still no contact back from Turtle Beach. Buy something that works, Turtle Beach definitely lost me.

    Great Headset!!
    Wonderful headset. My son loves them, I got a second pair for myself. We love to play Xbox and its nice having a good quality headset. We both like that you can hear yourself as well. Noise canceling is good, the games and even music sound really good. Would definitely recommend and buy again if needed

    Great...if only both ears worked.
    I opened them very excited to use them. I plugged them in to charge and when they were ready I put them on. The felt very good over the ears and the sound was amazing! The problem is that the sound only came from one speaker. The right ear to be specific. The left didn't produce any sound at all. I didn't use the mic in a chat, but it did make the mute/unmute sound. I am very dissappointed and will be returning.

    Great fit to the xbox like a wireless controller.
    Very easy to connect to the Xbox. Volume controls easy to locate while wearing. Product made very well and durable. Easy to mute the mic by closing the microphone. Cant find power button while wearing. Mode notification beeps loudly. Quality worth the price.

    Great directional sound and muting capabilities
    I have primarily used this headset for gaming in CoD MW. It was a snap to get working on the Xbox One and as long as you have an Xbox controller receiver on PC, it was easy there too. The one major benefit of this headset was the accuracy of directional noise. I noticed an improvement on my enemies around me and knew exactly where to look. Another great feature is the flip up to mute microphone, which is quite convenient to not have to search aimlessly for a button to silence yourself. The wireless range is also great on it as well. The cons of this headset are I felt my HyperX Cloud II had more depth to the sound, and the earphones are a bit more comfortable and spacious than on the TB Gen 2s. I also was not a fan of feel of the materials used. It has my broken apart or anything, but they do have somewhat of a lesser plastic feel to it for the outside casing.
