Good deal
I don't use much data, so using the Bronze, straight-talk plan I saved $5 per month. The phone took some getting used to as I previously used a 5.5 yo iPhone and there were differences. The phone was new and has functioned as advertised. So, no problems at this point!

Better don't buy straight talk locked phone
It's been 1 year but my phone didn't get unlocked straight talk people are not responding anything how to unlock my phone I don't know better don't buy straight talk Locked phones

    Great phone (new, not reconditioned)
    It's a great phone. I earlier purchased a reconditioned version which arrived scratched. This one is brand new and well worth every penny. Battery life is much better than the old one too.

    Couldn't use
    I bought the phone on black Friday for my son without knowing it was locked to straight talk. He used it for a few months just with wifi before I tried to get service on it since he's getting older. Then I was told we couldn't get service because it's locked to straight talk. So I said ok I'll go with straight talk cuz he needs a phone. Then I'm told the phone is a Verizon phone and there's no Verizon in our area. I try to email customer service to see what could be done (if they could return it or switch me for one that would work) and they said they couldn't find my order even though I can see it on walmart.com. It's now been almost a year and he never did get to use his phone besides in our house. And I'm trying to come up with money to get him one he can use. Read all the fine print and make sure you have Verizon in your area. It should say that in the listing!

    DISAPPOINTING
    This phone is a major disappointment. I bought it for my son for Christmas. It's May and his phone can no longer be used. The phone doesn't connect to WiFi or Bluetooth and never has. Now he cannot get the phone to do anything. No calls, texts or internet.

    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DECISION
    This phone was purchased from walmart.com and locked to Straight Talk Carrier. i purchased this on Black Friday as a Christmas gift. FINALLY after talking to at least 15 different straight talk managers, it has been decided that this phone will not work with straight talk. and now.... its too late to return! it is also locked to this carrier unless i want to pay an additional 300$ to unlock it. I am FURIOUS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

    Great upgrade for current iPhone in 2021 forward!!
    I bought this iPhone on Nov 26, 2021 (Black Friday) and so far has been a great upgrade coming from an iPhone 8 Plus. It's smaller than my previous phone but I just love how it fits better in my hand when I'm carrying other things. There is no home button on this iPhone but didn't take me long to adapt to the FaceID. Makes others who try to get in, can't! For me, it's quicker! Battery is pretty good for the most part. Color of iPhone is the same from my iPhone 8 Plus. Black for Professionals!! The speed of this iPhone compared to the iPhone 8 Plus is a big difference. From apps, games and such. Photo taking looks very nice. I like the upgraded lenses on the phone. I'm a photographer and could tell the difference between the phones. (iPhone 8 Plus to iPhone 12 mini.) Screen is nice, bright and wonderful to look at when reading or viewing items. Lastly, I have no regrets upgrading to this iPhone. It's a great iPhone for all my needs. Definitely recommend it!!

    This is a good phone for the price of $399.
    No bells and whistles. It's a good phone. Not as well built or sturdy as the 6 and 7 generations, and not much more powerful either but it was a very good deal for the price on offer. Androids are light years ahead of what iPhone is offering at the moment. But they are too expensive. So I stick with what I can afford — plus I am just a texter and caller. No heavy usage.
