Purchased stationary bikes, trampolines, and many more for lymphedema. This is the one that works the best. Can be at computer or in puzzle room and pedal away. Forget that you are peddling so relaxing. Would recommend trying this first.

Desk Knee Elliptical machine
I bought this to help aid rehab after knee surgery. However, it aggravated my knee and I had to return. I thought I would be able to slide my feet like an elliptical but it is used in a peddle motion.

    As described, great for working at home.
    I needed something to give even the tiniest bit of activity to hours spent at a desk after months and months of being stuck indoors from lockdowns. I'm logging around six hours a day, which upon googling burns about 150 Cals an hour without even thinking about it - not too shabby.

    Game Changer!
    I am 83 and have a variety of health issues that often prevent me from exercising, but since having this device, I have increased mobility while out and about. I use it while reading or watching TV and am increasing the incline every two weeks and I feel much stronger!

    It works very well. I only wished it had a manual to tell you how and what the dials are for . Also how too put a new battery in it . I don't turn it on cause I don't understand what it is saying . Other then that a good buy.

    Easy to use for rehab therapy
    For those experiencing hip and/or knee pain when walking, this elliptical pedaling device circumvents pain caused when joints have added pressure of standing weight. Because it is used in a seated position, there is no body weight to stress the lower joints. While walking exercise is preferable, the arthritis joint pain felt after walking generally results in exercise avoidance, and muscle strength and mass begins to lessen. Being able to engage the lower body muscles in non-weight bearing exercise to help strengthen quad muscles and to help hip and knee flexion was the incentive that convinced me to try the Sunny Health

    Very pleased. Whisper quiet.
    Recieved it yesterday. Pleasantly surprised that there was zero assembly and was able to start immediately on my exercise regimen. It's whisper quiet. Ellipticals in the past were noisy after a while. This brand was highly rated and I believe I chose well. Time will tell, but so far I'm very pleased.

    The most affordable, comfortable peddler ever!
    This is such a comfortable way to exercise!!! When riding a bike or exercise bike, the seats are so small, they are very uncomfortable. But with this elliptical peddler you can sit on a comfortable chair or couch and still get your workout! You can tighten up the tension like you're going uphill, or loosen it up to gradually strengthen your legs until you can use the tighter tension! It shows how many miles you've traveled, how long you've been peddling, and how many calories you've burned! And when you get tired, you're already home! And you can crank up the air or turn on the fan to stay at a comfortable temperature while you peddle! And the best part is that it doesn't cost as much as the big name brands that are advertised on TV! I LOVE it!!

    Very well made.
    This exercise machine is very well made. Although heavy it is very stable. Unfortunately, it cannot be used from an armchair. I have to help my mom up and walk her to a suitable chair. She is 90 and very unstable. Not sure if it is right for her.
