Excellent product
As a senior with limited mobility I find product just right for my exercise routine especially the legs and to improve muscle tone. EZ assembly. The only adjustment I have noted is while using the unit, my shoe heels hit the stabilizing bar every so often.

charlene is recovering from cancer and a hughe weight loss leaving her extremely weak--the exer cise bike is helping to build up both her arms and legs and it is working out quite well--she uses it twice a day for now and we already see improvement--we fist saw a home made version at rehab and we hunted until we found this one and it is great--the home would love this version--it has some very nice features on it so thank the inventer

    Does it's job.
    Sturdy. Easy to use. Electronics work and easy to understand. Purchased to increase upper body strength and exercise heart. Does the job. If you push yourself too hard before you have been accustomed to the exercise strain, you will feel the pain of sore joints and muscles. This is true of all resistance training. This is my definition of working as designed. I only use this with hands. Will not use with feet.

    Purchased after getting approval from physical therapist for torn rotator cuff - not only will it help with recovery but will continue using to keep arms and legs muscles toned. Didn't want to get a bulky machine that takes up a lot of room and this fits the bill since it is portable. It came out of the box almost completely assembled which is another plus. If you're using it for your arms, make sure the table and chair are lined up correctly so you don't pedal at an angle. I did look at other ones but they were too flimsy - this one is sturdy and worth the investment in the long run.

    Wonderful piece of equipment!
    For most of my adult life, I've had a gym membership. However, I recently decided to save money and work out at home. I didn't want the clutter that comes with all the equipment, so I purchased a collapsable/adjustable bench, free-weights and this mini-bike. What a wonderful combination (particularly if you have a small space). The mini-bike is outstanding, and when set on a higher level, I get the same burn that I would on a full sized bike at the gym. For my cardio workout, I set my bench in an upright, seated position and put the mini-bike in front of it. The two together simulate a recumbent bicycle. When I'm done, the bench slides away under the bed and the mini-bike goes into the closet. The mini-bike is virtually noise free when in use, and has a gauge that keeps track of all the standard needs (distance, calories, time, etc.). I have hardwood floors and the mini-bike will slip a bit, but an easy fix is putting a small exercise mat underneath. Out of the box, it's very easy to assemble. I had it together in about 5 minutes. Highly recommended product.

    Great value
    I'm 6'5" and I shopped for an excercise machine only to discover that bikes and elliptical machines just didn't fit me. The prices were very expensive and bulky. This machine is perfect. It can be placed at the proper distance from my chair so that I do not get cramped. I've also lost 3 pounds this week.

    The item works better than I expected, delivery was on time. When using the bike on my carpet it was not enough tried a throw rug both upside and then down with the grippers and still it was slipping my son ended up putting double side tape on the bike to hold it to the throw rug which now works great and no slippage. My concern at first when the tape was suggested it might ruin my carpet, but the throw rug did the trick. It might be better if the mfr. would make the bottom of the bike heavier.

    Great for obese, disabled or elderly people
    This is a great little machine for disabled people or really large people unable to get on a typical, standard stationary bike. It takes 5 minutes to put together. I'm disabled and it allows me to get a work out in at my bedside on days I'm unable to be mobile. This is a great buy and I would really recommend it for disabled people, obese or elderly. I'm well over the weight recommendation and it works great and is very sturdy. You don't actually end up putting alot of weight on it anyways. Just your legs. It could be a little heavy for some but it's very portable and has a sturdy, strong comfortable handle. I would strongly suggest this.
