A truly frustrating TV to own
I have loved having my Roku streaming device for more than 6 or 7 years. So when I had to buy an new TV I had buy a "Smart TV." I knew nothing about them. I loved the idea that there were 2 brands of TV's dedicated to Roku users. BUT...I knew nothing about these "Smart TV's." After I had mine for a few months I realized my lack of information had cost me! Between the bad streaming when using Netflix, the diffrent sound quality I would get from diffrent streaming channels and the plain oh just freezing up when trying to load or when watching a movie has done nothing but provide me with exercise I have not had to do being in quarantine with this covid pandemic. At least the TV messing up and getting me to move off my couch to unplug the power and plug the power back in to my TV is the upside of owning this TCL smart. I really do not like this TV, but found out any of my choices for a Roku TV could of been just as risky.

    Not bad, not bad at all.
    This set is doing all I need (at this price point). I haven't had any issues since installing it. The picture is clear and relatively bright (used in a room with average lighting). The audio is a bit lacking (as is with most sets in this size range) so I have it connected to a stereo which more than makes up for it. I do on occasion notice a delay or general slowness with the remote, and it is VERY picky about where you point the remote to use it. I have good luck using the Roku phone app as a remote. All apps run as needed and although we aren't heavy TV viewers, when it's needed, it's always working very well. At this price, I wouldn't hesitate to buy again if needed.

    So glad I bought it, exceeded my expectations.
    Bought this for my elderly mother for Christmas. I had to do the set ups but after that its super easy for her to navigate. I have mine running off of WIFI and it gets spectrum streaming services and YouTube. Netflix just endless amounts of entertainment. Before I bought it I watched reviews on YouTube about it and there was some people saying you cant get Spectrum on it because they were negotiating with Roku but evidently it got worked out because Spectrum TV is right on there. The screen on this 32" was larger than I expected and its just a beautiful picture and sound. So light and easy to move around and for a senior that sure means allot. Remote is simple to use, I am just totally happy and so is my mom. Really was a great gift for her.

    AWESOME TCL experience
    This is such an AWESOME little TV. I put on the wall in my She-Shed and it's so nice. The color is brilliant and the sound is amazing. However I just purchased the TCL soundbar and although the TV didn't need the soundbar it all works very nicely together. The soundbar sounded so great that my husband wanted one as well for his TCL. And another thing once the soundbar is paired with the TCL TV you only need one remote. Again AWESOME experience.

    Smart TV - TCL 32S327 (32" / 1080p / Roku-ready)
    The TV was delivered on time by Fedex which apparently does not instruct its people to at least ring the doorbell when dropping off a piece of merchandise by the front door. As for the TV itself, it is a bit dark even at the highest brightness setting. Other than that, the TV is fairly good for the non-discounted price paid.

    Love the TV - hate the remote.
    Love the TV! Excellent picture - excellent sound - well made - smart TV features work well. Hate the remote! - hate having the volume and mute on the side of the remote - hate that you cannot go directly to a channel by entering the number of the channel because there are no number buttons on the remote!

    Great price for size and kids room.
    Smaller version of 55 in TCL in the living room. Same menu, same account makes setup easy. Fits perfectly in kids room and price is great for 1080p 32 inch size. Connects easy and has plenty of plugs like the bigger one in the back. Not much to complain about in my opinion.

    Yes. This is a great tv. Sound, picture and price!
    I bought two of these TVs while on sale over the holidays. I did quite a bit of research, read tons of reviews and picked this model because of the 1080p. One we hung on the wall. Very easy with a $20 full motion hanger. These TVs have very crisp pictures, and the speakers have a good clear sound. The remote has volume buttons, one to mute, one that turns the sound up and down. This is very nice, but they are on the side and tend to get bumped quite often. The OK button in the middle of the 4 arrow buttons is also a bit awkward for us. The app that turns your smartphone into the remote is AWESOME. I love being able to listen to the tv thru my phone with and without headphones. It is nice to be able to hear the tv without disturbing others. We have these two roku TVS and two roku players. The phone app easily changes devices so you can operate any roku on your network. No need to chase down each individual remote. I think for the price I paid, I got a great Tv. I would buy again, but who needs more than 4 TVs? We only have 3 people here! Its a great size for a bedroom, or exercise room. Id say its too small for a family room, but I think the tv in the family room when I grew up was a 24 inch screen. The five of us never seemed to think it needed to be bigger. Im just used to 55-60 inch now. I would, and have recommended this tv to others.

    Great value in a smaller HDTV
