Not the same Awake
Tazo has re-branded this and now calls it Awake - english breakfast tea. It does not taste the same. It's missing the "bite" of the old version.

    Great Tea to Wake You Up!
    I had to wake up several hours earlier than normal for overtime at work this morning. I needed a strong dose of caffeine to wake up. The Tazo breakfast tea is perfect for this! After my first sip, I became more awake and alert. The taste was good- it was strong but tasty. I will definitely be repurchasing it and I recommend it to others!

    Forever my go to black tea!
    I was first introduced to this tea in 2004-2009 when I was a Starbucks employee as a college student. Back then, it was my favorite tea brand, and my favorite black tea in general. Over the years I have stopped buying it on and off, but anytime I decide to cut down on my coffee intake, this is my go to tea! I have consistently bought it in bulk so that I always have a stash for my pantry. I usually add some honey

    Perfect coffee substitute!
    Have been drinking teas since about age 15 - but in adulthood, switched to coffee for the extra caffeine boost in slogging through the loooong workdays I was saddled with at that time. Several years ago was attracted to the TAZO packaging (I'm a graphic designer LOL) and bought a few varieties. Once I tried "Awake", my relationship with java was pretty much over - the caffeine level is nearly that of coffee, without the accompanying jitters, and the flavor is quite pleasing. It maintains a constant presence in my tea cabinet! :)

    Bought this tea sińce i was meeting my friend from U.K. on our trip through Poland. Have sińce introduced my Polish Family to this tea they State „”this tea has a fabulous taśte and doesn’ t leave an unsightly ring at The top of Cup.” They have been buying Lipton tea.

    Higher Caffeine Than Other Teas
    Flavor is good and I wanted more caffeine. However, I will be back to Bigalow English Breakfast tea after this box is gone for the price and taste. If I want to pay more, I'll go with an organic, fair trade instead.
