life saver
Upon diagnosis of a degenerative disk, I told to use Aleve and a heating pad. Rapid relief began after getting the EP560, and adding the Traction Handles. I use it every day to avoid recurrence of a problem that made walking, and picking up mail off the floor a death-defying feats. I was told degenerative disk is a common old age problem.

I have not seen any results yet, so it is hard to say. WARNING!! After assembly, Do Not! Do Not! Get on that unit till you watch the instructional video and completely understand the process, and setup for one self. For first time, make sure you have someone to assist you, incase. Once setup for yourself, it seems to be no issue. I am sure that over time my review will improve.

    fixed my lower back
    I was not sure if I was even going to be able to use it, I dislocated my hip shoveling snow, and I still have a tear in my hip socket , but I ordered the teeter cause my lower back was giving me problems . I started slowly . Got more vertical over the second week . I felt my back slip back into pace . Wow , I am no longer worried about my back . It took some adjusting on the lumbar support to get it to feel just right .It is a well built , I look forward to using it for a long time

    I have been putting off buying a Teeter and finally pulled the trigger and cannot be happier. I suffer from two buldging discs in my lower back. After a month in the teeter I hardly have any pain and am back in th gym 4 days a week and lifting heavy again. I purchased the blemished/refurbished model and have not found a single flaw. With every penny.

    I've had my unit about a month and am just now enjoying it. Took a couple of weeks to condition my ankles and feet bearing my weight. I can't stand socks and shoes so I hange barefoot it would be better if the ankle supports had a fabric finish vs the rubber texture. I use soft cloth on the front and back around my heels and and front of foot for added comfort.

    Exellent device!
    I started using my Teeter about six weeks ago and I feel great! I have experienced some major back injuries many years ago and spent a phenomenal amount of money on chiropractors and physicians. Since I started using my Teeter I haven't even thought about calling my chiropractor. I have been able to go hiking with my grandkids (and keep up with them lol) and do many things I thought I just couldn't do any longer. If I hadn't experienced this myself and someone just told me about it I wouldn't have believed it could make such a tremendous difference in my life! I sleep better and feel better. I would recommend the Teeter to anyone!

    worth every penny
    I have chronic lower back pain which I have spent thousands on chiropractors and drugs just in the past year. Now I hang a couple minutes a couple times a day, not even every day, and I'm off the drugs and my back feels great. As far as any blemishes, I can't tell where my machine has ever been used, just like new to me and I saved a lot !

    My husband bought this device for me because of my complaints of low back pain. I was dismayed by the price and the size - not exactly a beautiful addition to our bedroom decor! However, it has proven to be very effective in treating my back pain. Yesterday I spent hours bent over gardening. I got on the device last night and spent a few minutes stretching out my spine and doing some exercises and Voila! This morning I am great!
