cooks well
This olive oil cooks really well. I have used it for cooking vegetables and making dressing, sauces and marinades and the flavor is good without any bitterness. It also did not burn at high heat. I would purchase another bottle

honestly, pretty good for olive oil
The best thing about this olive oil is scanning the QR code to track your olives and your bottle of olive oil. We normally use grape seed oil as our “go-to” and would probably stick to that going forward. I would definitely be willing to try the flavored Terra Delyssa olive oils in the future but most likely wouldn't buy the regular one again, the flavor was good but it just wasn't my favorite for a finishing oil and won't replace our grape seed oil.

    High end product at an extremely affordable price!
    I never knew that choosing a great olive oil was so important until I tried Terra Delyssa Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This oil was amazing and is so affordable. The taste is so light and fresh and all the dishes I cooked with it turned out great. With Terra Delyssa Extra Virgin Olive Oil I made a wonderful bread dip, baked panko chicken, and roasted fresh green beans and cherry tomatoes. Everything came out delicious and the flavor was amazing. The bread dip was the best I've ever had and I've eaten this dish at some great restaurants but they don't hold a candle to this dip. I truly believe it's because I used a great olive oil. To be perfectly honest everything I cooked with Terra Delyssa was some of the best food I've ever had. I have a picky eater at home but my daughter loved the bread dip. We sat there together and ate almost all of it just the 2 of us. We shared a great mother daughter moment over some great food. My daughter loved all the food I made and kept commenting on how great the food smelled while I was cooking. My bottle is now empty but I will absolutely be purchasing a new bottle and am a convert and lifetime customer. Not only is the product great but the Tunisian company Terra Delyssa is the ONLY Olive oil company that uses IBM's block chain technology. All you do is use your phones camera to scan the bottles QR code, put in the bottle's lot number and you are taken to a plethora of information and transparency about your bottle and it's journey from tree to bottle. Terra Delyssa is a pioneering Olive oil company and pioneering company in general using this technology to give absolute transparency. I thoroughly enjoyed learning about my product and using my product. I believe if you are doing things correctly then you have nothing to hide and this technology just makes sense for the company and customers. By using this technology I have total confidence in using my Terra Delyssa Olive Oil. I recommend 100%!

    I liked that you could scan the QR code and see where your bottle came from and the dates it was processed and bottled, very cool. I used this with some balsamic to dress a cucumber, tomato and red onion salad and it was delicious. A nice smell and flavor.

    Great olive oil!
    This oil is a pantry go-to. I think is a good olive oil with a smooth flavor that's affordable and perfect for everyday use, I love that it is sustainably source. I make the best dishes with this oil, like my favorite Mediterranean tomato salad.

    Perfect For Dipping!
    My family loves this olive oil! It is so smooth, not bitter like many other olive oils. Perfect for dipping bread into! We love the fact that you can track when and where your olive oil was grown, farmed, packaged, etc. Such a great touch that gives this olive oil a bit more class and makes it more unique. Pair that with the great taste and you have a winner. So happy we received this!

    I really liked this olive oil. It has a very mild taste to it, good for cooking and not overpowering. My favorite thing is how you can go to the company's website, type in your lot number, and view your specific bottle's journey to you: from farm to pressing to bottling. It's a nice touch.

    I freaking love this olive oil! I used it on some squash and zucchini that I BBQ'd and it was delicious!! I've also used it on pasta, proteins and in baking recipes. It has a delicious flavor but is not overpowering like some olive oils. I'll definitely be buying this product when I am out!
