Good quality, works great!
This humidifier works great! The 6L capacity means less refills, and unlike other units that I've tried, this one is relatively easy to clean. Great product.

WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!!! HORIBBLE! Customer service is even worse! Had it for just over 2 weeks! Leaked all over my nightstand ruined wood, soaked my socks and underwear. Steam stopped flowing from the top, tons of steam down below. Tried numerous times drained, re-filled; drained again....refilled. Read directions before, after, during and then some. I did nothing wrong. This product is HORRIBLE! Called customer service, got an attitude, rude, disrespectful and for no reason. WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Scary product
    Mine worked great for one and a half years then it almost caught on fire. It stopped working. Support sent a video re my issue. I did what they said. It made popping sounds and started smoking from the bottom. I would like a sage one.

    DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. This humidifier stopped working soon after I set it up and even though it has a year warranty, the company will not replace it. They are horrible to deal with. Avoid them like the plague, total waste of money.

    Poor customer service, poor product quality
    Unit failed after short time and was replaced at no charge 2nd unit failed and now no response at all. Walmart should remove TBI pro as a seller. Obviously they have a quality problem with their product…..

    Buy with caution.
    Worked great until it stopped working all of a sudden after less than 3 months. Having problems trying to get a replacement from the company.

    stops working after a few months.
    it worked really well for 4 months then it just stopped working and it turns on, but nothing comes out. we have tried everything. you have to return with the box, and of course we don't have it.
