Talk about a horror story. Began having problems with it 28 days after it was delivered. Died almost two weeks after that. I lost files I can never recover despite spending another $19 for a third-party recovery software... Photos, videos, 3D models I'd made, icons I'd created ... Just an AWFUL EXPERIENCE. It's crazy to think that items are so bad nowadays that in the case of storage, we now need to invest money into backups for our backs of our backed-up, back-up of our back-ups. Zero rating if zero was available.

    Does what it's meant to, without problems
    I got a 2 TB Toshiba external harddrive a couple years ago for around $120. I gave that harddrive away, and it's still working great for them. This 4 TB harddrive was listed for $120 on sale for $80. Smaller size, cheaper price, more storage, what's not to like about that? Transferred nearly 2 TB off my desktop and laptop over night and freed up a good chunk of space. Files load and open just as fast as any of my other harddrives.

    Amazed by the size and weight of this hard drive! So use to having a heavy and bulky HD. It works just as well as the heavy ones if not, better. So far love it
