    NOT A NEW PHONE
    These are not new phones like it says in the product description- these are used refurbished phones- big difference. These phones do NOT come with Apple warranty like it also says in the product description. Instead they come with a warranty from the company selling them “loop”. They come with an off brand charger in a different box with no information on the phone. They also do not come with a SIM card set up for Total like it says. Save your money and yourself the headache. These phones are a joke. Super unhappy
