Great Seniors phone !
I am a senior and have had a flip phone for many years. (I tried 3 smart phones - even one for seniors and stayed frustrated). I have had an army flip phone for about 5 years now and due to coverage issues went to Walmart in Carthage TX and the salesperson helped me pick out this one. I love it! It is so simple I did not need to struggle with learning functions. It does not keep the call information after you view it (as the other phone did) but I like everything else about this one. The pics are better , voice is great and the keys are bigger. It is a great choice for those of us that are challenged by technology

Don't Waste Your Money
This cell phone is owned by Tracfone, and allegedly connects to internet. However, the navigation keys aren't labeled, the manual contains little info, the cursor can suddenly disappear or be replaced with a worthless symbol, to name few of numerous disappointments. But, hey, I can still make a call if I ever need to call a cab.

Works great for people who want a straight forward phone without the bells and whistles. It's low cost is also helpful in that losing the flip phone is much easier to take than losing a smart phone.Doug

We gave this as a gift and tried to set up the phone for the person who lived in another city. The phone did not work properly, we put in his zip code instead of our zip code, because we were in our city setting up the phone. Customer Service did not tell us that we figured it out. Must walk around to find good reception.Zenn
