I have an account for my old cell phone. I ordered this one not knowing there was an automatic monthly payment. I had no idea until a family member told me that I could not use this one as I had planned. I had to do monthly payment; I cannot afford additonal monthly payments of any kind. I feel this plan should have been noted on the ad.

    PERFECT
    PERFECT ~ I had the iphone xr and i eventually got tired of the big screen and i just kinda wanted something more slim and compact and i decided to get this and i do not regret it at all. i'm 21 years old and this phone is perfect for everything i need. the phone is fast, literally so simple to set up and transfer data. i couldn't have asked for anything easier.

    The first one came and didn't work. Set up a return and was sent a replacement before I could even ship the broken one back. The new one came in and worked just fine.

    Great little phone
    I prefer iPhones to Android. The fact that this upgraded version of the Special Edition kept a smaller size and the home button, I was already onboard. Add to that, it has the latest operating chip. Youre future proofing this phone for at least 5-6 years. So far after a year of use, it still operates like day one is amazing.

    Love it! I have had an iPhone 7 since it came out and it was time to up grade. This is a iPhone 11 but in a iPhone 7 size with more features and storage. I couldnt be happier. Set up was easy.

    Do you really wanna buy and activate this online?
    I purchased this phone to use with total wireless. My daughter was separating from a family plan and she and I were going to have a family plan. I was unable to do this online. I had to call to accomplish the task which took a very, very, very long time. Although the person I was speaking with was knowledgeable and patient with me the person was very difficult to understand and I had to ask for please repeat that many, many, many times. I would have bought the phone in the store but it was unavailable to be purchased in the store. I had no choice but to buy it online. My advice would be to get a phone in the store whenever possible and have the people right there to activate it.
