Not up to par.
I ordered an Extra large True Rock Men's Argyle Sweater Vest from the Wal-Mart web site. It is not Extra Large, not even a large, although it is labeled extra large. In addition, the hanger loop in the collar is only sewn in on one side.

    The color and texture is a little different, then in the picture. It's not much of a solid grey but a very blend. Otherwise it's fine.

    The sizing is not corrext. The size chart basically makes the 2XL look like any other company 2XL amd fits no where close to that. Love the color yet its entirely too small.
