CUTE AND WARM!
Purchased these because i have an illness called raynauds syndrome which is a brutal thing for hands and feet. Constantly freezing like frostbite feeling then switching to burning!! Wanted a cute look and a small heel just to get to and fro the house and they're perfect and they don't look like Ugg's! Not in a negative way, but in a way that you cannot tell WHO makes them and that's exactly what i wanted! Extra plus is the fold down cuff look! SO CUTE and don't pinch toes!! Ordered true size and in black. Beautiful bootie! So happy. Wear barefoot and so far, warm warm warm! Very happy!

Comfortable, warm, and functional
These are stylish and don't fit the typical ugg stereotype, which I why I like them. On one of the boots, the tongue has a tendency to slide/fall over (or down) to the side, similar to what can happen with some high top tennis shoes. This is frustrating because it gets stuck between my foot and the shoe and it also doesn't look right. I found that when I fold the tongues down so the fur is showing, this happens less often.

This high top has laces where I could loosen them and slip the shoe on. The only thing I would recommend for UGG is to lengthen the laces by about 3-4 inches. Those of us that search the web for high instep shoes never know if the shoe they are looking at will fit. I am here to tell those people that they can look no further. The shoe was very comfortable- walked around NYC in them and they kept my feet warm and had all the great attributes I am used to with regular UGGS- I have several pair of the loafers which fit well too.Vicki

Even though they were a little bit tight on my right foot at first, I wouldn't go up a size, your foot will eventually accomodate to it. They are very comfortable and you can wear them with or without socks., obviously with socks they are a little bit tighter. I have gouty arthritis issues on both my feet, knees and hip so it's extremely hard for me to find comfortable shoes. These shoes are pretty comfortable I gotta say, and it doesn't hurt to walk on them for a prolonged time as it is with many other shoes (even tennis shoes) for me.nubecita

I've worn these boots both ways: cuffs rolled down and pant over the boot. Both are stylish. They do run a half size small. I wear an 8 1/2 on the wider side and had to go up to a 9 for width and length. Otherwise, I love these boots !Happy Honaker
