    Overall we like it!!
    It's fun, but it would be nice if it would show more clearly with the light up arrows who won. The card storage is a good idea, but a few of the cards will fall out if your not careful.

    Family Showdown!
    As a long time traditional UNO player, I was interested in trying UNO Showdow.  Myself (long time player), my wife (limited UNO experience) and our five-year old (complete UNO novice) tested it out.  It took some time for all of us to acclimate to the game, but once we did, the good times started rolling.  I was unsure of the Showdown angle, but in play its a lot of fun and got the entire family very competitive. The Showdown device requires three triple A batteries (not included).  When someone plays a showdown card they challenge a player place, place up to 3 cards in the Showdown device and wait some tense seconds before an alarm signals the player to press their respective plunger.  The quickest on the draw sends cards flying toward the losing opponent, who keeps the cards.  The mechanism doesn't always send the cards in the opponents direction, but it's still fun and the Showdown device has lighted arrows indicating the winner in case of dispute. Overall, this was an interesting variant of UNO, and the Showdown challenges added a higher level of enjoyment for my five-year old.  I feel I still prefer the original UNO, but UNO Showdown was definitely and I will still be in regular rotation in my home!     Fun New Feature for a Classic!
    I cannot rave about this game enough! Uno is a family favorite and with the addition of the showdown feature, things get alot more exciting. My 6 year old loves it and wants to play every single day. It took him a while to catch on, but the instructions are really clear and we were able to dive right in.
