So easy to purchase
The easiest way to purchase a large flat screen TV. I didn't have to load this huge box into my car. I didn't even have to carry it up to my front door. The delivery time was in two days! And the best thing about it (besides being a superior Smart TV) was, FREE shipping. That's right, FREE shipping right to my front door!

Lasted 2.5 years
This tv has been great for our small living room. Picture is clear and crisp. Sound is good. I don't have any streaming services but they are readily accessible. Last week while playing Apex on Xbox we noticed a green light down the side of the tv. It never went away. Googled how to fix this (it's a common problem apparently) and read that it cannot be fixed. I purchased the insurance with this tv and filed a claim. Took a couple hours calling them, sending them pics via email, calling back..and they sent me a check for the purchase price! Sad that I need to shop for another tv now.

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/18/2021ain't worth itThe slowest TV ever!! the remote is so cheap and barely works. the tv just takes forever to do anything. probably better off just plugging a roku into it, at least that would be fast.smc

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/28/2021DisappointedI purchased this television Aug1,2019. The TV was easy to setup, the picture just okay. Right after the 1 year mark the television had a green line running down the middle. Just recently the entire picture went black so now I only have sound. Unfortunately I didnt purchase the extended warranty so Ill have to replace the tv. From now on Ill stick with Samsung.Makeba

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/25/2021Do you feel lucky?I purchased this tv August 2019 and as of January 2021 this tv no longer works. Going online I discovered VIZIO has a power issue and judging by other people with the same Issue our TVs appear to have a life of 1 1/2 - 2 years. I have 3 VIZIO's including my useless 55 inch now sitting in a back room. I just ordered my first Samsung. Extremely disappointed, especially finding out this is an ongoing issue that VIZIO must be aware of.Lynda

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser12/21/2020TV crashed 3 months after 1 year warranty15 months in (after 1 year warranty expired) this TV stopped connecting to any remotes and took on a mind of its own. Won't pull up Netflix, big black screen with info pops up... I was on phone with tech support, they said its TV and need to send a tech to fix. However, since it's past the 1 yr warranty they cannot do anything. I am out $350! Shame too, I already have 2 smaller Vizio's, but I will NEVER BUY ANOTHER ONE!!!Cher

2.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser10/07/2020Lasted Just 21 MonthsHooked up January 2019, wall-mountd, never bumped or jostled, no kids in the house that might have messed with it. At first we were impressed by the picture, but over the last few months the picture would darken slightly while watching. Tried disabling auto-brightness but the problem persisted. Today, only the sound came on... no picture. After unplugging, replugging, etc. still no picture. Called Xfinity service tech, thinking it was the cable box at fault, but it turned out to be our TV. Very disappointed. I knew it wasn't an expensive TV but expected it to last more than 2 years.Disappointed
