A02s phone----great device and great price
This is a great phone especially for those who use the prepaid option with Verizon. I upgraded my father's phone to this and he loves it! Also, this is a Samsung A02s phone and not the regular A02. Keep that in mind when ordering a case for it.

Don't waste your time
I just got this phone 2 days ago, the charger doesn't work only if its plugged to my Pc or laptop. this is my second purchase in one month

    Samsung A phone don't last long .
    My daughter loved the phone till 7 months later started giving issues an the manufacturing company wouldn't help with replacement of phone under 1st yr warranty. So bought a new one.

    DO NOT BUY PLEASE DO NOT BUY...This has got to be the worst phone i have ever owned, SLOWER THEN CHILLED MOLASSES. If i could give it zero stars i would. My old J3 was twice the phone this pile of junk is...13mp camera is a total lie, More like 3mp, takes forever to send or receive any files or photo's. Get over a mile from the cell tower and you might get 1 bar...No wonder this pile of trash is always on sale....BUYER BEWARE.

    dont bother buying this phone unless you have verizon. they are lying when they say that you can use it with other carriers. I purched this for my son.. thanks for ruining my sons christmas.

    Only get if you already have Verizon prepaid.
    It's a nice phone and better than the A01. I ended using it as a emergency car phone in my glove box. I was trying to get the phone unlocked so I can use it on my carrier that uses Verizon towers. It took about 3 hrs tossed and around from person to person to find out it could not work. I even lost service because the first representative said it would help the unlocking process. The last representative said that I agreed to it so I can not get the service back. I also do not like that Verizon prepaid holds the phone hostage until you pay for the first month. That means you can not test the phone out on wifi. I was going to return the phone but the Walmart app said I could not. The only good thing about Verizon prepaid is if a natural Disaster happens they give a free month of service in that area. So now it just emergency phone that can also call 911 because of the voice over lte is happening now.

    awesone looking phone but i dont like how it make you activate the phone with a plan once you turn it on and it wont let you go any further. so beware if youre buying thus phone.

    tried activating on Christmas and it will not activate but has placed 4 pending charges for 2 attempts and can not get the phone activated as they are closednfor Christmas.

    Can't use with wifi
    Cant use the phone unless you activate a $40 plan cannot use with wifi. I bought the phones for my kids it's disappointing the description doesn't explain this

    Does not work with WiFi alone, has to have a plan!
    Will not work with WiFi unless you add a plan to it, bought two of these for my kids on Black Friday (40$) so they could play on em using my WiFi, on the top of box it says will not work with WiFi until activated with Verizon, you literally can't leave the welcome screen unless you activate a plan, I didn't see it anywhere in the description and also Walmart doesn't do returns after 8pm because apparently covid is worse after 8pm smfh, big waste of time and money, disappointing
