So far I like this phone. Plenty of options for me, not too bulky, fair price and more memory than my last phone.

Terrible Phone
every day i am beyond frustrated with this phone. its incredibly slow doing normal things such as texting, connecting to a call, opening spotify, or scrolling through facebook and insta. then the camera. i am not sure why they decided to put 4 terrible cameras when they could have put one decent one. picture quality is garbage. i used to really enjoy taking pictures and would regularly do so, until i received my a12. i've had this phone crash on opening up many different apps even including the pre-installed camera app. it regularly freezes solution: shut the screen off, if it will let you. the only pro, the battery is awesome. i can easily get 2 days out of it. probably because it is so slow i physically can't consume enough power! this is a phone that shouldn't have been released.

    Great Budget Phone!
    The Galaxy A12 is a great phone at an affordable price point. The design is nice, it has a unique texture with a matte finish. This phone features a large 6.5" display with HD+ resolution. One of my favorite features is the rear quad camera setup that includes a wide 48MP camera. The A12 has a long battery life which is a plus. It packs a 5,000mAh battery but it charges slowly. Overall I would definitely recommend this phone.

    Sometimes You Have To Upgrade
    I had to "upgrade" from my 3G phone and, as I don't use my phone for much, this seemed to fit my needs and the price was okay. Ordering was easy and item was received as expected. Having received and used the phone I can say I'm satisfied with the purchase

    Slow processor and insensitive touch screen
    even with comparatively small number of apps, these models don't have the capacity to multitask, or processor faster [functionalities]. my phone often gets crashed/restart by itself without any prompt. texting ability [completes the wordings slow] and touch sensitivity are poor. despite being cheap with some service providers, i wouldn't recommend this product.

    this cell phone seemed like a nice one, but your sales people who sold it were ignorant of what to do to activate it, and were poorly trained in its use!!! Ended up returning it, and buying one elsewhere!

    I haven't had this phone for very long, but so far, I really like it. The only negative that I have is that I can barely hear phone calls, at times. I think they put the speaker in the wrong place.

    Terrible phone
    I'm a huge fan of samsung and have ALWAYS owed samsung phones but this A12 phone is the worst phone ever. It's constantly freezing, loading is very slow if it even loads the pages, and the lag time to process is so annoying. I'm very disappointed with samsung for making such a bad quality low tier phone and very unhappy with my purchase. I'm giving it 3 stars because the look is nice and sleek but the phone itself SUCKS!!
