Why spend more on a phone?
Had this phone for about a week. It performs as well, or better, than phones that I've had that were considerably more money. Great phone for the price.

    Disposable phone
    Android auto never worked from the beginning. Even went to new car deals hip and it wouldn't work on new cars. Had charging issues. Customer service was horrific to work with. I'd never purchase a TCL device again

    I had this phone not even a month and began to have issues with the phone charging. Also my screen sometimes would not respond. I would not purchase another TCL device.

    I love this phone
    I've owned this phone now for about 4 months and it's one of the best phones I have ever had. I've had $1000 phones that didn't work as well as this, and the battery is so much better than my last big money phone. I would recommend this phone to anyone that looking to switch to a new phone, but don't want to pay those ridiculous prices for phones that don't last for more than a few updates. At this price, I could have bought 3 phones, compared to my last one, and it works awesome. Fast and takes decent pictures, and battery life is great. I do still have my other phone that I use the camera on, because it's got a really good camera, so I may as well use the phone instead of leaving it in a drawer to rot. I have never had trouble with the Verizon service either. This has 5G if you're in an area that has it, which my last phone didn't... Just so you know, my last phone was only 2 1/2 years old and was horrible when it came to battery life. I was constantly looking for a place to plug it in.. This one last so long, and I'm always amazed how long I can go without plugging it in to recharge. It does recharge really fast too. Get it, you won't regret it... and for those that think this should come with a case>>> I got one cheap on another site just to protect it.. I really hated to cover it up cause it's really cool looking, but I like to keep my phones protected.. FYI>> I uploaded a pic of my phone and the case I bought. The metal thing in the middle of the case is a magnet that attaches to my car mount when I drive.

    Great phone
    The phone is the best I've ever had. The ease of using the phone is wonderful. The only thing I have to say is it's hard to find a case that is not bland. I love this phone and highly recommend it.

    So far no problems, have to get use to using this phone it's very different from my old phone. Very slippery, needs a case. Ordered case, problem solved.

    Waiting for a replacement.
    I had to return the phone because it wouldn't load. Said there was a corruption error. Anxiously waiting for the replacement. Reviews for this phone are excellent everywhere that I have read about it.

    Good phone and service for prepaid.
    A slick desing it does what you expect, ready and easy to set up right out of the box. Verizon customer service was great help to port a number. 5G signal is good I had coverage everywhere except inside a building but I later find out it was because of the equipment in the building (radiology clinic). I am happy with both the phone and the service and I'll recommend both to anybody thinking of a prepaid phone/plan.

    Hands down, one of the best phones out there!
    the phone is phenomenal in every way and I would highly recommend the company's wireless earbuds also to compliment this purchase. The only issue I found is when you get the phone, call Verizon and ask for the correct 5G SIM card, as I found that the one originally placed in the device is not fully compatible, and you will experience some calling issues. Otherwise, it has all of the features of a higher priced 5G model and in my mind, being a former Samsung owner for years, blows the Samsung's away hands down.
