Slow
This android is slow and small. It is very frustrating. I returned it and spent $40 more for a Samsung Galaxy and I am very happy. It tight me a lesson about trying to save a buck.

    Small icons, display not very clear
    Bought this for my mother who is older. Although it's relatively easy to learn, the icons are too small for aging eyes. Especially when receiving a text message, the alert circle that comes up on the messages icon is so small she doesn't notice it. It's hard for me to see! Not very clear display compared to my Samsung. But, it's light

    Horrible service low quality
    Personally I have had a horrible experience with the quality of service for this phone. I would not recommend this phone to anyone. Made very cheap I should have known that according to the price. Everything seems to be low quality. Wouldn't buy again.

    Thought it be a good phone everything worked fine on it but couldn't receive text messages and Verizon told me they couldn't fix the problem because its a factory issues so I got different phone and staying away from TCL models never again

    Not a good phone
    The phone has problems when i run a game it forces closes on this phone. you can't check the battery. Plus it automatically cuts your activities because you can't change the battery optimization even if you did it will just Force close your activities. sometimes when i boot the phone back up it stays in the loading screen so i gott press the volume button down and the power button should fix it. avoid this phone here.
