    Throttling Speed Excessively
    Their service used to be good. But now you don't get what they advertised. 80% of the time I have NO internet connection and when I do, Im receiving 3kbps download and uploading anywhere from 7kbps to 700Mbps. From the minute you pay the bill they're throttling back your speed, everyday 24/7. Missed calls frequently. They just show up in your voicemail and the phone never rings and shows no missed calls snd may show up days or weeks later (no joke). Don't waste your money!

    Not worth the price! My connection says 5G, but my actual downloading and streaming speed is only about 3G - 4G speed. Ever since Walmart changed from T-Mobile to Verizon, the service has gotten really bad. As soon as possible, I'm gob to leave Walmart Family Mobile and going to a different and more efficient internet service provider.

    Never get this service
    This service is the absolute worst. Customer service hangs up MULTIPLE times. Had to initiate a call several times in ONE DAY because they kept hanging up. Why is it MY fault the SIM card isn't working? Why should I have to waste MY money to get it fixed? ESPECIALLY if it was working just fine the previous day.

    Horrible Customer Service
    Have not had service on one line for a month now, I get hung up on every time I call. Was told I need a needed a new SIM, got one, still does not work, Was also told I need to add service to that line, paid another month, nothing!! They are now saying the new SIM is defective and I need another one, but got hung up right after they said that. Customer service is complete crap!! Data sucks on my working line and I have a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, but haven't had a chance to bring that up, because they hang up before I can. You get no were with these people and treat you like you are stupid! They don't even deserve 1 star. Horrible!!!!

    SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS INSUFFERABLE NIGHTMARE
    I only gave them a star because I had to to submit this review. This company exemplifies the worst kind of customer service and worst consuming experience you can possibly imagine. If you are reading this: DON'T USE THIS TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND SERVICE! My phone has been roaming for a week now and I haven't even left the city I live in! I'm either at home or work and my job is right around the corner from my house. I have had the same infuriating customer 'service' experiences as everyone. They tell me to remove my sim card, read them the numbers, restart my phone, fill out their customer service survey through text(which I was nice and at first gave a good review because I thought 'Chris' was helping) and the problem should've been solved and I was assured it would NEVER happen again. Well it's still been happening all week and they're trying to get me to do the same thing AGAIN. I hung up. They also told me I had to get their new, free SIM card since they switched to Verizon but I'm hearing horror stories about that, too. I have received emails from them saying I can stay on my current plan until November 2024 and NOT switch SIM to Verizon but customer service said that's what's causing my service interruption. Again, all I hear are horror stories about people switching their SIM cards to Verizon and service dropping entirely. I'm getting a new phone and service tomorrow. This is the worst phone service experience I have ever had. If you're thinking of joining Walmart family mobile, take your money outside and burn it. You'll have a better experience doing that then paying for this insufferable service.

    LIE LIE LIES for Online Digital Purchase
    I dislike the fact that you spend your money, they take your money but you have to wait for it to digitally deliver for your service to be back on if you don't have auto pay. When you purchase online it says digital delivery arrives soon after purchase which is a LIE. I purchased almost 30 minuets ago and still no service.

    Terrible company
    I currently have 2 phone lines with this company. I bought a SIM from Walmart to activate a 3rd line. I tried to activate it online, it didn't work. I called customer service. I talked to someone for a long time while they tried to activate it. They said they will call me back in 10 min. They didn't. I called back. I had to re-explain everything. I was on the phone almost 1 hour again. They said they would call me back in 10min. They did, but it was someone new and I had to explain everything again for the third time. After 45 min they hung up during the call. I called back again. I had to explain everything a 4th time. They finally said the SIM card I bought doesn't work with Tmobile phones. They said they would send me a new SIM card. A few days later I got a SIM card in the mail. It had a "use by date" on it. It was expired. I called again. They said they cosmetics use that SIM because it was expired. They sent another SIM card. A few days later I got another SIM card in the mail. I called again. After taking a while, they finally said the phone would and SIM would be active within 4 hours. It's been 30 hours, it's still not active. I called again, after talking and explaining everything all over again, the person said I need to use the SIM I bought from the store since it is verizon compatible. The phone I am using the SIM in is an older walmart phone that is Tmobile compatible. I had to call again to talk to someone else. After explaining everything again, they did whatever they do to figure it out, but after 20 min they hung up. I called back again and asked to speak to a supervisor, the guy dismissed my request and asked me to explain everything again. I did. After waiting a long time he told me the SIM card they sent me wasn't compatible. I asked for a refund, he said no. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He said no. I asked him for the number to the corporate office, he said there isn't one. I said I need to speak to someone above you. He said there isn't anyone. I asked if he was the owner of the company just sitting at home in front of his TV answering calls, he said yes. I would not recommend them. They are ?. I have talked to at least 12 people for what seems like a total of 10 hours for over a week and none of them know what they are doing.

    Been using the service for awhile and it's horrible, literally HAVE to reset my phone 3-4 times a day to use it and today not only did I get charged for the card but my phone got deactivated. I'm thinking it's time to go somewhere new
