When we typed in lg sprint phones this phone came up but when we received it in the mail its not a sprint phone therefore we cannot use this phone.

    Phone is great- service setup not so much
    The phone is great, especially for the price. I however only give this 2 stars because the walmart family mobile setup is a nightmare, especially if you are trying to port your existing phone number over. tried to do it online twice, didnt work. 5 phone calls with port specialists, 2 live chats, calls back and forth with my former carrier. It took almost an entire day plus sitting for more the an hour with the last agent who finally got it to work.
