This is our first purchase of a water floss and we are very happy with the quality of the product and also the performance. It uses the tap water and also makes mouth so fresh and clean after. We will highly recommend this product to everyone!

LOOKS SOLID, BUT LEAKS LIKE A SIEVE
Just bought this. Price was right. Wanted the convenience of cordless because the bathroom outlet isn't close to the sink. Looked and felt sturdy, but literally leaked like a sieve upon first use. The term "WikiLeak" would work for this device also. The water "tank" portion of the device is loosely affixed to the body, and I can't see a way to tighten it down or secure it better for a leak-free fit. Upon closer inspection, the design and mechanics are rather poor. Maybe I have a defective unit, but I have no choice at this point other than to return it. I will update this review if I get another unit that works properly.

    A cordless water picker? Yes indeed
    I recently bought a rechargeable water picker since I don't have a power outlet and I must say it is very convenient to have.It has a low and high settings for those stubborn stains on your teeth and you have an assortment of different "pickers" you can install on top of the instrument for people who have braces and sensitive work done on them.The only complaints is that it should have included some cloth to store the extra mechanisim pickers it came with and it can store bit more water.Other than that, it suited my needs.

    Works needs back of teeth tips
    Works as advertised, but it is clear the included tips were designed for units with tanks and hoses to the tips. Holding the unit at angles to really clean the inside of bottom teeth requires inverting the the unit, which removes water from the pump inlet. It should come with the Waterpik DT-100E Implant Denture curved tip and Pik Pocket periodontal tip.

    DON'T FORGET TO FLOSS!
    this product is good, but just not great. the water in the waterpik runs out pretty fast, so you'll have to keep adding more water. Overall though it works just like any other waterpik, just not too many pressure modes.

    Combersome Model but it works!
    This was a gift to me. It works ok but it would be nice if it had a light on it so you would know when the charge is complete also the base charger should be separate. You have to pick up the entire unit to use it. I unplug it when i use it then replug it when I am finished just a little hassel.

    I absolutely love my portable Waterpik. It gets the job done and is so convenient to bring when I'm not staying at home and I still want to uphold my dental hygiene routine. I only give it 4 stars because the reservoir runs out in under a minute which can get annoying to have to refill but other than that, it works like a dream. I chose this because I don't have much storage / counter space in my apartment bathroom, unlike the other Waterpik's where it's a much bigger system. Worth the money. My teeth have never felt so clean. My dentist has already seen improvements and it's been literally a month.

    Excellent product, I have used a water pick for 10plus years and find them excellent for flossing. This model is larger than previous ones and much noisier than my previous ones. I was on vacation when I had to buy a new one and did not have much choice. I have got used to the size and find it works great.

    I would like it better if you were able to clean the water out of it easier maybe a bottom drain or something. I love the function of it but I just find myself not using it as much because of the difficulty to clean
