Don't waste your time and money on this junk
Piece of junk. It worked for about 10 minutes at a very fast speed > 150 mbps, then it started to turn off then on for no reason and the speed did not go higher than 5 mbps afterwards. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers many times and it did not do any good. I went back to using my old Buffalo N150 which still cranks out around 30 mbps.

    This is the first time I've ever had to order any electronic part for my Gateway desktop and I'm very, very pleased at the quality of my little wavelink!!!! The only thing dislikeable is the difference of price at the store and what I paid online - very distasteful!!

    Small and mighty
    I have it plugged into my desktop PC which is about 15-20 feet away from the router with one wall in between. It has 4-5 bars consistently and connects instantly when loading up my PC.

    If you run windows these might work.
    I have bought this type of adapter in the past for use on Linux machines and have not had to load a device driver to make it work. You just plug them in and they play. Not the case with these. Perusing the documentation I see that there is Windows software that I must install to make these function. Fortunately I am not running windows so these are utterly useless to me. Thank goodness I got the Edimax USB Wi-Fi addapter today which is cheaper and just works when I plug it in. So, problem solved except that I now have two usb bricks cluttering up the domicile. I don't suppose you can return something just because it doesn't freaking work if you no longer have the packaging.

    Everything it says it is!
    Using on a Windows 10 Desktop. Super Surprised at how well this works!! It has all the features you want in a USB wireless. Works with 2.4G/5.0G a/b/g/n networks as advertised. It's super slim low profile so it doesn't take up space or have to worry about kicking or damaging unit. I bought this because A. It was cheap and B. I didn't want to wait weeks wondering if my WISH shipment was going to arrive or not. WILL BUY MORE even though I don't need them. But I will someday.
