Great value rower!
Great build quality, and an exceptional value. Easy to assemble, and the parts are well organized. The electronics package is pretty basic, and I question its accuracy regarding split times. Also, note that the rail length might be short for those over 6'2" or 6'3".

Sad and disappointed
After paying for this rower, I also paid $82 for assembly only to realize I won't gain any benefits from using it because it has hardly any resistance:(

    Great machine, good price point
    Love this! It was easy to put together. Did it by myself (small female) in about 20 minutes. The footplate was broken on arrival but went online (suggested over calling) and submitted a request. Rhiannon replied and a new part was on it's way in no time. It does have a tension cord to vary difficulty. You can also adjust water level. I'm a workout addict and pretty fit. It's a great workout for me. So glad I added it to my home gym.

    Excellent machine!!
    Extremely well packaged product, easy to assemble! I did it alone in 20mins (including opening the package) and I'm a small woman. Only complaint is there is no power button on the monitor. You have to take the battery out. Works extremely well. Quiet. Bought this for my daughter who just started rowing to be able to use through the winter.

    Good machine but came in faulty
    The ERG600W came in with a faulty assembly. The system of pullies was not installed correctly and required a dissassembly that was quite tedious/time consuming to fix (took about 2 hours on top of the original assembly). Once that was fixed, the machine was working fine. Will have to comment back for a long term review.

    Been using it every single day since I received it
    Been using this bad boy every single day with no break days since I received it. It's sturdy, smooth, the water sloshing is soothing; The monitor is not very helpful but I pair my workouts with watching shows on my notebook, so it's not really for competition rowing. Highly recommended IF: 1) You are less than 6-feet tall 2) Less than 750 lbs 3) You are looking for casual-high intermediate rowing 4) You are on a budget Otherwise, go with the Concept 2 RowErg | Model D

    Love this rower! Much more affordable than Hydrow. It does generate static electricity a bit though, going to order a rubber mat to put under it.

    Terrible Digital Screen
    After receiving this rower as a Christmas present, I was excited to try it out. However, that excitement was short lived. On the first workout, the digital screen performed well accurately tracking my workout. On my second row, the screen began cutting in and out during the workout turning itself off and resetting. Following the advice of previous reviewers, I removed the batteries after each workout to increase battery life. After inserting the batteries for my third workout, the battery compartment immediately started smoking and will no longer turn on. Generally, I like the smooth rowing motion this machine provides. However, if you are looking for a machine that provides feedback on your workout look elsewhere.

    Excellent machine!
    This is a great product that really works. I've use it almost everyday for the last two months and it's really helped built lean muscle and up my cardio. The two negatives that prevent it from being a 5 start. The foot straps have already started falling apart (this is ok because I don't use them anymore) and the screen won't stay on a focused area. I like to know my time at all time.
