This Xbox One was supposed to have 2 controllers there was only 1 controller in the box. At this point I am not sure if there are other items missing as well because I am not sure if anything else was supposed to be in the box or not. This xbox was supposed to be new, how could a "new" xbox be missing a controller?

    It works very well, reason why i didn't return it. Because it came as though someone has used it before. It came with a foreign language preinstalled( that's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5); which took the amazing Microsoft agent guy and I hours to set it up. He was very helpful and patient. He got it through, bravo. And now it's been working for 8 months without any issue whatsoever.

    Good if you have a lot of time on your hands!
    We bought this Xbox One to replace a 360 that broke. We did not know that this game is all digital, meaning you cannot just put a disc in and begin to play right away. It took over 12 hours to download each game so far. We have only done two and are hesitant to buy any more games because of the time it takes to download. We also found out that the Kinect for the 360 is not compatible with this system and there is no adapter available. You would have to purchase a whole new Kinect to play games like Just Dance. One can imagine the disappointment on Christmas morning that the game could not be played until late that night. I do have to say that once the downloads completed, the graphics are great. I just don't know if it is worth the wait!

    My family uses this for everything-games, steaming, you name it. With the game pass we our gaming options are almost limitless. Which is great because our family age range is 5-55. “Santa” brought it for Christmas and we have thoroughly enjoyed it. The optics are amazing. No comparison between our Xbox360 and this one. The 360 graphics are great until you play on this one-there’s no looking back. lol

    We are an Xbox family. So when this one came up on sale at Sam's Club I was all over it, 1 TB and 2 controllers for the price plus freeeee ship'n cant be beat (which was super fast). We have 4 of these at home now so we all get on and play. Kids these days are hard to get outside so we split it up, time outside and time on the games together. Xbox quality and variety of games and with a large hard drive makes this a great buy. Plus we have games that get us up and moving around which is a plus since we all are not the healthiest we should be.
