Easy set up and install
Very simple to set up! Easy to mount. Good clear pictures. Work well in day light and at night. Has sound and video abilities. Each camera has 2 way radio abilities. Can be set for any type trigger or human only alerts.

Security gone wrong
The cameras itself look good what I did not like .it was when I went to download the app it wanted access to my Facebook and Google account come on now even if the cameras work good you take the risk of having multiple people in your account

    Don't waste your money on these cams!
    I wish I bought better cameras, these cameras are pretty much useless. They don't detect any movement unless it's very close. Night detection is even worse. When they do record, there is lag, so you can miss a person's face if they turn around quickly. They also don't record a full event, so you can miss much activity. Two of my cameras did not have original packaging strips on front and they have scratches, so they're most likely refurbished but sold as “new”. Customer service was good as far as quick response and willing to help place cameras and configure settings, but the help is futile when working with under performing cameras. Do yourself a favor and do more research on better cameras.

    Love this system. I also have the doorbell. I can monitor all 5 of my cameras from my phone app with custom settings. One reviewer said they were forced to link to their google account, but I don't know what they're referring to as my Eufy account is independent and not linked to anything else. My only real complaint on the system is that my doorbell camera gives A LOT of false alarms for stationary objects. I also think $120 per camera is a little high priced but they do seem well made, so I hope they last many many years.

    Great camera to use with HomeKit. Once setup works well without any intervention. Good picture and pretty good motion detection. I had one issue and support changed my camera quick and it resolved the issue.

    Nice system
    Only criticism is that the first line of the instructions should say "Charge each camera for 5 hours before proceeding with the install". After that he install and configuration was very simple. Picture quality is great, ability to designate the alert zone saves many false alarms, human only scanning ignores my dogs, stores every alert for your review or deletion(unlike Ring which ONLY allows live viewing without a monthly paid contract). I have both Ring and Eufy and on a 1 to 10 scale I would give Ring a 2 and Eufy a 9.

    Great product battery last long time. No need to keep recharging. Nice range on the cameras,( good coverage. ) Nice that the information is stored internally and not sent out through the cloud Good product. Looking forward to adding more cameras.

    Great quality product and video
    Great quality cameras and pretty easy to install compared to traditional CCTV. Super easy to view/save footage through your phone. You can tell the build quality is really good and I would say it's worth the price. Only thing I would like is the increase of Homebase Storage for continuous recording, but for Sensor recording, there is plenty of storage and battery seems to be good so far.
