For a class A phone you would think youd get a almost new phone. It came with a crack on the bottom left , scuff marks very noticeable , and the charger port was broken . Contacted the company and it took them 4 days to respond and even at that , Walmart itself had to issue me a refund because the company didnt want to do it. Would not recommend.

    Broken in 2 months for no reason
    I purchased the phone on Jan 5, 2022 at $327.32. It stopped working on March 6, 2022 for no reason at all. The Apple store cannot repair it. This vendor, Noble Planet Inc., refuses to issue any refund or return. This is the worse purchase in my life!! I will remember this vendor's "noble" name, its "A " description of the product, and I'll never buy from them again!

    Bad battery
    This phone i just bought has a bad battery, it does not charge at all, I leave it in my original fast charger all night and half day but it gets to half charge only. Got it 2 days ago

    Almost mint condition
    I bought this for my dad who's phone is on its last leg. It arrived very quickly and it was in nearly mint condition. It has one itty bitty scratch on the screen that you could barely see. I am very pleased with my purchase.

    Received phone quickly however disappointed when I opened it. The A rating definitely not true. Description said minimal to no scratches or wear. Around the camera is definitely scratched and wore with deeper scratches removing the color to the corners. Disappointed d/t reading description prior to ordering. Plan on returning and trying a different seller

    it worked good for a couple of hours till I wanted to update it and when I updated it it wouldn't turn back on so I will be returning it. nothing will work. and the phone came a little busted up.

    After reading the comments after buying I was pretty scared I was going to receive a messed up phone not Unlock I thought it was going to be a total mistake but honestly so far so good it's a great phone No cracks it comes with a screen protector only problem I don't like is that one speaker doesn't work but it is unlocked thank vovoya inc I definitely recommend ppl trust it n buy.
