j5create doesn't disappoint
We have a charging dock made from j5create so I started off as a fan for the last 2 years. I consider myself as up-to-date on technology as a mother of 3 can be. This adapter is so simple so convenient its putting a huge better graphics, better sound all around new view on being able to have accessibility from one device to another without the hassle. Overall I can honestly state we as a family are very pleased with the hdmi to vga adapter from j5create.

good but not great. doesn't meet my laptop needs.
initially was excited to have it but as time went by, i found: - not secure in the hdmi port of my chromebook, any slight movement and the screen goes black - audio jack volume very low, compared to analog 3.5mm used previously - audio jack on side of adapter blocks my other USB port making it unusable sadly this one goes back.

    Great Adapter In a Small Package.
    The J5create HDMI to VGA Adapter works like a charm! It's very small yet is able to provide the necessary level of adaptation from VGA to HDMI. However the small package can be quite a dampener on its use. Running a VGA Cord and an HDMI cord into the adapter creates an extra 3'-10' of cord that just gets in the way! Would recommend this product if you don't have the money to purchase a multi display port.

    Great secondary display adapter.
    First the package was minimal which was great not a lot of wasted space on packaging. Super Sleek design. Great to have for secondary display with compatible VGA connection. Used it to add another display to my laptop and worked great out of the box.

    j5create to the Rescue!
    I received the J5create HDMI to VGA Adapter and was immediately impressed. The packaging was pretty fancy and appealing, and resembled a lot of the bigger brands that I'm more familiar with than J5create. I used the adapter for a training project at work where I needed to connect my laptop to a projector in order to train a large group of individuals in an auditorium-style setting. I was a little nervous because I was running late and didn't have a chance to try this adapter out before starting my presentation. I decided to go with my tried and true adapter, but when I reached for it, it was not in my briefcase! The j5create adapter was handy though, so I gave it a shot, and it worked better than my routine adapter! My other adapter didn't have a very solid grip into the projector (VGA out part of the adapter), and tended to fall out mid-presentation. This fit snug and saved the day for me! I will definitely be using this product for presentations to come! Thanks for the sample!

    Perfect for anyone working from home
    This device was perfect for working from home- you are able to link your work laptop to your smart TV. This gives you the option to travel and link devices to other monitors as well, now you can have a better workspace, with a larger viewing field. So awesome!
