Great 55inch TV
I needed a smaller tv because of the space was limited,and this set fit perfectly. I had read many good reviews about this manufacturer so i wanted to try it. The picture is sharp and the audio is good. I have not tried the tuner but the Wi-Fi works well. It is a Roku tv so the remote is small and simple to use. it was a good value when purchased at Walmart.I would recommend this product to family and friends.

We ordered this tv through walmart.com and we received it damaged. The customer service i received was awful. i was treated as tho it wasnt their problem. They refused to give us a replacement instead i have to package up the tv and ship it off on top of wait 5 days until i get my refund. then i have to order another tv with the refund and wait for it to be shipped hoping that my tv wont be damaged again! Flat out ridiculous! the fact that i have to be punished bevause someone elses mistake is quite ridiculous!

    Broken screen at power on right after purchase
    Purchased tv, picked up, got home and plugged it in, i was so excited to power on and start using it and unfortunately it was a black screen with all kinds of lines and it was all cracked. ?☹️ you couldn't tell it had that problem until powering on.

    Bad Customer Support Communication
    I like the tv, in general, the only problem I'm having is the communication with customer support I asked for 6 screws for the Leg stands that go into the tv but they only sent me 4 and they have been arguing a back and forth emailing how my tv requires 4 screws when I have been sending pictures that say the opposite. and before that, the bag of screws that came with the box for my tv was the wrong type of screws yet there were 6 in the bag [They were Wood Screws]

    The perfect tv
    I love my tv the only problem I have is in the screen you can see four spots and two lines on the black screen that look like finger prints but other then that my tv shows up clear and plays great quality 10/10 I love it will buy again and has recommended this company too other people thanks again so much

    I wasn't in the market for a new TV. I was in Walmart shopping for car detailing products, I went through the electronics department and saw a 65" Roku TV for $268.00, I looked it up on my phone and saved the item. I got home and read the good and bad reviews. Cut to the chase I ordered the TV it was delivered the next day by FedEx (no damage to the TV or the box). If you need a new TV or you want a larger TV BUY THIS ONE! I have 4K YouTube TV, several gaming consoles, and a Fire TV Stick. GREAT PICTURE, many settings to adjust to your liking. Wifi and App installation is easy. This price is the deal of the week for a TV this size and with the features it offers you can't go wrong.

    Great tv for a great price
    Great tv , have had these for years, saw the 65 go on rollback and had to get a bigger one .. Roku system and this TV combination is outstanding.. we got rid of cable 10 years ago and haven't looked back sense .. Roku has tons of TV shows, movies , series and they update regularly.. never had an issue with the TV .. if your on the fence about paying more for a bigger brand name, have no fear .. this is a great tv for the price & the Picture clarity is good .

    Normally I use the Samsung brand, however I was on a budget this time. I don’t expect it to be like Samsung but I must say it is worth getting the price was reasonable especially for the size I had my mind set ( 65”) and it has great quality and features . I’m enjoying it and I have nothing negative to say about it. So if you’re on a budget this is for you.

    Nice and clear
    Great quality and easy to set up and use. The only feedback I have is I wish the 2 feet was a single pedistool base in the middle that swiveled. I had to jimmy and piece of wood to get furniture long enough until I buy some and assemble. I think to big and strenuous for wall bracket.
