Truly an Everyday Pan
Great 1-pan solution for preparing meals for 2-4 people. Very versatile, heats up quickly and evenly. Attractive enough to use for serving the meal.

Convex bottom - not good!
This seemed to be a great pan until the first time I attempted a saute. All the oil puddled around the perimeter - the bottom was convex! I returned it to the store, and had to pour water into it to prove my point there on their counter. I'd buy another after I check it in the store first.

Having two handles gives more stability when lifting from the stove and its filled with food. There is no long handle which might extend over another burner. The lid is glass so viewing the contents of the pan is helpful. Most of all, I love the fact you can both cook and serve in this pan. When placed on a buffet table, it looks like a serving piece. This saves a step when cleaning up. The non-stick surface is another bonus. No down side to this pan!Askawoman

This pan is 12” across and does a nice job distributing heat evenly- no hhot spot scrotching noted. Cleans up easy with soapy water and soft dish brush. Hung on pot rack to dry. Lid is glass and fits well - only chage I would make would be to add a silicone pad to lid handle for added comfort. Popular choice in this family of cooks — used it 7 times since delivery 5 days ago. Great price at Walmart-about 50% less than competitors.ShopMaveNova

However. the 12 inches allows the food to "spread out". I have an induction oven and it works great. I love the handles - i can pull it in and out of the oven with ease. Ok and the real reason i fell in love with the pan. The easy clean up. i seriously just wipe it out. A couple of time just some warm water and a little soap. No Scrubbing. The lid? Well that is just a bonus to steam veggies and trap the heat. I am so happy with this purchase!Tim M.
