Trash!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would This fitbit is trash! My whole face on my watch has lifted up and now I have to get another fitbit. They really need to do a recall on this watch!

    Better than my Garmin Venu SQ!
    There's a lot more themes on the Versa 3 lost my last one have to get a new one this is what got me into Smartwatches in the first place. Might be a couple of years old and removed from the fitbit store I hope they continue to use it this is one of Fitbits best Smartwatch. I should of never went to a Garmin Venu SQ it doesn't last as long as the Versa 3. A lot more watch themes and plenty that show the seconds it also has Google Assistant. Honestly I would wear this for the rest of my life and let this be my last Smartwatch I was thinking about going back to digital watches but I just decided to get another Versa 3 wish I would of never lost my other one unlike Garmin Venu SQ this actually feels like it lasts more than 6 day the media control button isn't bad either which is another reason why I wanna go back to this watch.

    Returning it unfortunately
    Love the look of the versa 3 BUT one major downside to the versa 3 is the button on the side. Technically it isn't a button and more like a sensor that detects what it thinks is your finger touching it. So while in the shower the water hitting my Fitbit kept pulling up different screens and scrolling. I wear gloves at work and the sensor kept thinking I was touching it. It'll vibrate slightly and you'll look because you think you're getting a notification but nah, it's just the sensor constantly activating different screens. Then you have to exit out of them a million times. Unfortunately this little annoyance is enough to drive me insane, so I will be returning it and possibly getting a versa 4

    I'm not real impressed
    I had an issue 10 months after I bought it. Then again today. I am buying another. But I do NOT RECOMMEND the service plan from Allstate. A wasted 34$

    This is my first Fitbit, and so far i like it. But i ordered pink and this is peach or salmon colored, definitely NOT pink!

    Terrible purchase and waste of money.
    If I could give this 0 stars I would. I have had it less than a week and the catch broke on the watch so the watch strap won't stay on. You can't just purchase another strap, because none of them will stay on now. After reviewing input from others on a Fitbit community forum, it is apparently a design flaw with the Versa 3. It is happening to everyone and most people don't have the option of returning it. They just throw it away or throw it in a drawer and buy a different product. What a waste of money.

    Received Damaged Band.
    One of the bands was damaged and cannot be used. I don't want to return the item and purchase another one. So I wound up having to spend extra money for a band that is not damaged.

    I bought a versa Fitbit 3 and when I got it a few weeks later the were you connect the the band to the phone that piece is messed up on the watch is damaged so I can't really put the watch on because it'll fall off and I'll lose the the watch customer service they really there's something to oh my God it's terrible so I'm waiting right now because they said that the time is over here I've been trying to call them and get to them for the longest but right now they told me that the warranty on it is done so they said they're going to push or escalate the the thing again to see if I can get my money back on this watch but I think that's a bunch of Bologna they should be better than that

    My uncle loved it until the face fell off. It is 10 months old and has not had any hard use. My uncle is in a wheelchair so it wasn't used to rough handling. I will take it in for warranty. My uncle loves it so we are going to fix/replace it.

    I love my fitbit!
    I've had my f8tbit for over a year now and still love it. Only issue I've had is once in a while i have to reboot the watch so my tracker app will refresh it. it's not that big of a deal. I like being able to find my phone, check my heart rate, check the weather, track my steps, answer my phone etc. all from my watch. I've even had to use it to check someone else's pulse. I also love that you can customize the click face! I don't think i could live without it at this point. lol. I would love to get one from my boyfriend.

    LOVE THE VERSA 3 ONLY THING I'M DISAPPOINTED IN IS THE THAT I CAN'T ADD MY ON MUSIC TO IT. NOTHING AGAINST THE CLOUD MUSIC APPS BUT JUST LIKE MY PLAYLIST.

    So worth it!
    The only problem I had was the delivery was a bviit delayed. However it is well worth the wait. I fiond the knowing who is calling or texting me on it very handy. I can't wait to be wearing it while at cedar point then I will know if my step sister calls me or texts me since I'll feel it on my watch! Also, make surew to get the screen protector for it.

    Do not waste your money!
    Worked great for a week and then would not sync to phone. I attempted to reset the FitBit and it would not load further than the logo screen. stayed on that screen until it died. spent way to much time with support to troubleshoot but nothing worked. Sad to spend so much money and it only work for 9 days!! Would not recommend! Very disappointed!

    Dead within a couple months
    I've only had this a couple months and charged it a couple days ago, after I charged it part of the screen was pixilated, especially when you pull down to see notifications. Today my phone told me it was dead so I tried to charge it again and it wouldn't connect. I can't even return it and I bought it on a payment plan that's not finished.

    I bought this fitbit and at first I loved it and then within a six months it has totally become defective and does not work at all, and after the amount of money I paid for it, to suddenly not work anymore made me so upset that I will never buy another expensive fitness watch ever again, I do not recommend people to buy this type of watch ever.

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Get the Versa 2 instead
    Do not waste your time or money. Just get the Versa 2. They ruined the Versa 3 by changing the design of the button and charger. The Versa 3 changed the button from an actual button to a touch sensor style instead, making it SUPER sensitive. It will press things even while you are sleeping. You can turn the button off but then what is the point of the button at all, I never had a problem with the Versa 2 button ever. In addition to that, the charger design has changed from a clasp that holds your watch up when plugged in to a magnetized charger that just dangles wherever you have it. The one benefit of this watch over the Versa 2 is the built in gps which would be great if it didn't say that the gps signal was lost so often. The cons surpass the pros of this watch and the price difference is not worth it. If you do buy any Fitbit, always get the extended warranty, as all of their devices seem to work 100% fine until the 1 year Fitbit product warranty the company gives you expires, then the devices batteries and functions all seem to stop working simultaneously like clockwork.

    OKAY FOR CLOCK AND TRACKER FUNCTIONS
    I tried to update my previous review but it wouldn't let me. I have had the fitbit for 6 months now. I am still not a happy camper. At this point I got a glorified fitness tracker, not a smart watch. When you exercise in a big city and your GPS will not stay connected; you have a problem. The GPS will never connect when I am in my yard trying to exercise. It still has syncing issues. I don't know why fitbit got rid of the all day sync option. You can't control music unless you subscribe to the premium subscription. When you are in the exercise mode you can't do anything else. When you try it only gives you the option to end or pause the workout.

    Great tool for a weightloss journey!
    I love this Fitbit! The screen is bigger and bright. The color and adding my Snapchat character to the watch face was a nice personal touch. I would've given this one 5 stars but because the screen is bigger and bright, it does tend to lose battery life quickly. And one of the main reasons I bought this particular model was because of the heart monitor function but you have to upgrade to a subscription to use it. It's still worth the price I paid to me.
