Great TV
Everything was very easy to set up and the TV works great. It lags a little but I think that is just my internet connection. Paw Patrol Samsung and Wal-Mart to the rescue!

Trouble staying connected to wifi
Image quality is fine but It has trouble staying connected to wifi which is annoying because we don't have cable and we bought it just to use with YouTube and Netflix.

    The best purchase I have made in years. Sound could be better. Sound bar is the next purchase. Smart tv aspect is amazing. Less than 15 minutes to set up legs tv everything from box to console.

    Shipping TVs from Walmart.com is very risky
    Bought 3 of these TVs from Walmart.com. They were to be installed in 3 custom built boxes recessed in the wall for my business sales floor menu/product display- One was damaged while shipping to me. I went to reorder the TV and they were completely sold out all over the country. I am left with 2 matching TVs and had to replace the third TV with a different model Samsung. Apparently the model I purchased from Walmart was being discontinued. The shipping date was pushed back 2 or 3 times. It originally said next day shipping but dragged out for about a week. Word of caution, if you order from Walmart.com there is a possibility that your product will be damaged while shipping and you may not be able to reorder because the product is out of stock or discontinued. Ordered on Walmart.com for convenience and it created a huge issue for me and my business that no one at Walmart could help me with. 2 stars, for the 2 TVs that arrived undamaged and my experience with Walmart.com.

    Order if you’re in need of a broken tv
    Buyer beware. I bought this and was excited to get it set up. I don’t know if there isn’t enough padding but my screen is SMASHED. If you’re really keen on getting this then get it from the store and check it before you buy it. It’s not worth getting it shipped and getting disappointed like I was. I’m going to have to return this and it was such a hassle getting it in the first place.

    TV Broken: The Angie Installer can out 3/2/23 to mount the TV once removed from the box notice the broken screen. Requesting a refund to my credit card.

    Worst order ever
    I received ATV that was broken and had a shattered screen. Provided in the picture below. Once I contacted customer service I wanted a replacement for this item and site said that she would send fedex to do that. The receipt in my email only describes a refund.

    Broken TV screen , this TV is returned to Walmart too often, as I noticed when I visited the store. Either the manufacturer or the delivery is the issue. Walmart should have delivered from the store, and not use a third party delivery to ship one mile away from the store. - this was after three days of late delivery.

    Bottom half of the screen went dark
    The picture is beautiful, but I’ve had it one day shy of a week and now there’s a line going across the screen and the bottom half is dark. I will have to take it back. Not sure if I should get the same one.

    I wish I could give a 0. I was so excited to surprise my mother with a new TV but ended up with a broken TV screen. I will definitely return it and get my money back! The nerve they have to give me a broken TV. Never again will I purchase a TV from Walmart!

    When we turned the TV on, there was a line down the middle and something wrong at the top of the screen too. The other problem I have with this Samsung TV is that you have no choice, but to give them your credit card information. The least they could do would be to make it an option, but you can't even get started without a card.

    LED Display went bad after 1 month
    I purchased this TV on Dec 11th got it shortly before Christmas through my shipping company as a Christmas gift, days later I turned it on and there are green lines running through the screen. Such a disappointment.

    Samsung forcing ads on my TV.
    Before you purchase a Samsung, please do your homework. Had I known they force ads on the home screen and you can't remove the function, I would have picked another brand. I get home today and this is what I see on the home screen, along with my small grandchildren! I don't live under a rock and I know people choose alternate lifestyles but that LGBT is not my lifestyle and I don't agree with it being accessible to my underage children. This TV is being boxed up for return as soon as I finish this review. I purchased this TV and didn't agree to support alternate lifestyles and don't want to see any ads when I turn on my TV. Also, the remote is complicated and too many buttons to make it usable in low light. The TV may be great but I will never know.

    The Best HD TV for under $600
    This is the best TV I ever owned, the picture quality is so good it is like you are right there in the movie very realistic. On a scale 1 to 10 I give it a 12, Great work Samsung keep it up. I would recommend this to anyone that wants a great TV and a Good price

    TV is fine, software is not.
    bought the tv almost one year ago to the day (nov 30th, 2020). the tv is now stuck and say it needs updated by a usb drive. i've tried over and over to put the current firmware onto a usb drive and to get it to repair or reboot and apply it. no luck and samsung support hasn't been able to help so far. pretty annoying that a firmware update that should be taking place in the background somehow is corrupt? can't even change inputs to roku or a game system.

    tv constantly drops connection to my wifi network . none of my other devices have this issue. reconnecting is often problematic, having to remove and readd network. also adding apps to the home screen bar is difficult and counterintuitive. im very tech savvy so disappointed. this being my first smart tv has still not been a simple, straightforward experience. based on managing networks and trying to figure out how to pin apps on the smart apps bar i hope this television lasts a very long time because i don't want to go through this again. i thought buying a samsung smart tv would be a great way to go. now i'm not so sure, perhaps i should have tried another brand. good picture, clarity, color and sound though so overall that's the main thing. just wish it was easier to setup and manage.

    bought this tv on a saturday and on the following thursday i noticed the screen was separating from the frame. called samsung they said they would create a work order and send a tech out. the next day the tv turned into a bluetooth speaker, the screen went completely black. i would have given it one stat but the customer service was phenomenal
