Great upgrade for older flat screen TVs
Very good picture and surprisingly good sound (did not think it needed a sound bar upgrade). Bought for my elderly in-laws. Major technology upgrade. Great integration with streaming services and an intuitive remote. Compelling deal on last year's model.

TV didn't last two years
for how much i paid for it i expected it to last several years. but it didn't even last two years. i was getting bars at the bottom of my screen at the year and a half mark and this morning i woke up to my tv continually turning off and on again every 5 seconds. it's completely unusable now and i'm afraid i'm going to have to buy a new one.

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/22/2022"Smart TV" = constantly crashing.this is the worst tv i've ever had in my life. complete waste of money. do not buy this tv. and i've been a loyal, satisfied samsung tv customer for 20 years. the picture is fine. the audio is fine. but the "smart" features, are anything but. the software on that runs this tv is constantly crashing. none of the other six tv's i have in my house that are also streaming have this problem. only difference is that they are not samsung "smart" tvs. samsung - stick to the display technology- you don't know anything about "smart tvs". i can't tell you how frustrating it is to deal with this tv on a daily basis.Unknown

Connection was fairly simple but I am still figuring out the remote. Nice clear, crisp picture when viewed from the front, but colors seem to fade when viewed from an angle. Overall, I am satisfied with the television and the price. The television was shipped to me and the packaging arrived undamaged.Jan

I have cable box, streaming device but have to unplug something for DVR. The remote is past terrible. It seems like every device plugged in to your TV wants to takeover all functions. The Samsung remote is not user friendly at all, and if you have to install batteries, you have to go to You Tube to find a video to help.; The cover just doesn't want to come off. Bottom line: excellent picture, 4K is great, but the little annoyances make this a 4 star TVchuck45

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser11/12/2020Buy In-Store, NOT Onlinethe TV is great, although I wasn't told that it was coming from a third party until after the purchase was made. said third party, under the name "Walt's TV", but referred to in this review as "Hendley Communications", emailed me to state that the order could not be canceled or refunded. the TV arrived with cosmetic damage. Walmart needs to be more up front with customers when something you purchase from their site is actually going to ship directly from a no-name third party, because had I known this, I wouldn't have bought the TV and wouldn't be stuck with a "brand new" TV with cosmetic damage.william
