Very stylish with many features
These Skullcandy headphones are so stylish, they look even better in person. They easily paired with my iPhone. I really like that it comes with a USB-to-USB-C charging cable for the charging case, this speeds up the charging time. The charging case is compact and the headphones attach magnetically to the charging port inside. I thought that the call quality and the sound quality was not bad. I like that the headphones are sweat, water, and dust resistant, so I can wear them while exercising and then clean them. The headphones have a battery life of 6 hours and the case has a battery life of 24 hours. When your headphones' battery runs out, simply place them in the case for 30 minutes to receive 6 hours of headphone use. One of the best features is that you can manage many things with just a tap from your earphones, including volume, play and stop, answer and end conversations, and EQ Mode (music, movie, podcast). This is useful because I don't have to pull out my phone to answer a call; instead, I can simply press the earpiece button. These headphones are fantastic since they are both practical and entertaining to use.

Only one ear pod works
I gave these a one star rating because only one ear pods work at a time. You have to connect each one to your phone but I could only hear sound out of one ear when I did have them connected. Also it loses connection quite often and I have my phone in my hand. The ear pods are kinda bulky so it was hard for me to keep them in my ears. These just Didn't work well for me at all..

    Sound good and fit well
I got this XT Evo earphones for my husband. He didn't want the AirPods because of the price or someone stealing them at work. He actually loves this ones. They come with different ear pieces to fit your ear. He is using them with the ones that came on. Also love that the case fits them with the ear piece adjustments. He says they fit and are very comfortable to wear without them feeling lose or hurting his ear. And he can also fit them under his work ear covers. Battery last a good amount on them. And he over all has no complaints also the sound is good no complaints on that. He has been using them for about 3 days without charge, but he has only been using them for a couple of hours each day. When charging it shows you the “bars” and also when opening the case to get the earphones. Overall great for someone who wants something nice and useful without spending to much.

All kinds of issues with these
First and foremost when I received this product the packaging had been through heck during shipping they shipped it in a soft bubble package the packaging was all smashed I don't think or at least I don't know for sure it played a role in how bad these earbuds are but I will give it the benefit of the doubt that maybe they got damaged in shipping first of all I had issues with them pairing to my pixel 4a once they were paired I noticed that once the battery got past 75% even with the phone in my pocket and I was on a walk with the dog they started cutting out I unpaired them and repaired them back and it still was doing the same thing also when you're listening to music if you turn it up too loud it gets distorted and it's not even near full blown full blast it's probably 75 to 80% loud and it cuts out gets all distorted. I was really excited to use this product they fit in the ear very comfortably they come with three different sizes of ear gels along with an extra set which I believe are the same ones that come installed on it of gels with a ear hold. I was so disappointed in this product and I want to give an honest review. I definitely would not recommend this product to my friends and family. The touch system is super simple to use and it works good with Google Assistant but with the syncing issues and the distortion along with it cutting out once the battery hits under 70% I have to give this one or two stars. It is Handy that it can be used with just one earbud you don't have to have both earbuds to operate this product. I almost feel like it works better when I just use the left side only. As far as call quality goes they absolutely suck the people on the other end that are calling in can't even hear me I have to take it off of Bluetooth because they are unable to hear me I can hear them fine and it's super clear but they can't hear me at all. I have tried it with six different phone calls different kinds of phones calling in and they still are junk. Save your money don't buy this product great idea and I love supporting Skullcandy they're a local company to where I grew up just right around the corner and I have a few of their products that are amazing they make the best wire earbuds on the market. They knocked the ball out the park with those but they sure miss the mark on these ones save your money and tell these are corrected. If you look in your paired devices it actually shows the product twice in your paired devices when I first noticed that I thought it was an error so I unpaired them a couple times and then I realized that it's supposed to do that so don't be alarmed when you see it in your paired devices twice. Thank you for your time and have a great day!!

    These are ok.
These ear buds do not charge with the case open. They're very spotty, only work 2-3 feet away from phone then reception gets spotty. Never had that issue with Bluetooth headphone before. The sound quality is just ok. You get what you pay for, sort of.

    Awesome earbuds!
Right out of the package, the case was charged. Syncing was fast, and I was off to test them out. Mowing is a big test that many headphones/earbuds have failed. Without turning these up all the way, I heard every note of my music, and very little engine. I could not hear my weed eater at all. Cleaning stalls is more of a “do they slip?” test. I had no issues with these staying put. When I was done getting them disgusting, I was able to clean them without fear of damage since they are water resistant. I then switched to movie mode, and paired them with my television. I was able to move about the house without the sound skipping. If your batteries are ever dead as you're about to head out the door, you can get two hours of play with a ten minute charge. These buds are equipped with a Tile locator. You can download the app, and enjoy a month of free premium service. Even if you only lose one earbud, Tile will track it down. Of course, Skullcandy also has a deal where you can buy just one earbud if one is damaged or lost. If you have any questions, the Skullcandy app can give you tutorials, as well as allow you to register your earbuds. Unfortunately, when I messed something up, contacting support was pointless. They tell you to watch the tutorials, and return the product if you contact them again. This requires a printer, s/h cost, and waiting for a new pair. Since I saw a lot of the same complaint while trying to figure it out myself, I will give a piece of wisdom. If you can't get the buds to work together, make sure you don't have them paired to something else. Since they work independently, they can still be paired with the last device you used.

    SERIOUS PAIRING PROBLEMS
I've been through quite a few earbuds in the past 3 years and I always keep looking for the ideal pair. Its not easy for me because i have small ears. Standard earbud sizes cause pain after only wearing them for short periods. So earbud size options tends to be my first criteria - because no matter how awesome the sound and performace its useless to me if I cant wear them. Thankfully the Skull Candy Indy XT had a size option that could fit my untypical ears. My 2nd criteria is not music - its voice quality during phone calls. I use my earbuds constantly throughout the day for business. So its important that there is clarity on both ends. These earbuds are clear on voice calls even though there doesn't seem to be any noise cancelling capabilities. That alone was worth it for me And music sound is pretty good too. At first i was very disappointed with the total lack of bass, but this improved dramatically once I used the included earbud tips with the hooks. That aligned the buds properly in my ear canal and kept them firmly in place. And one cool feature: I was able to connect the earbuds to my Tile app. Not very useful since the buds cannot emit a loud enough sound to be audibly located...but a cool feature nevertheless. Heres the lowdown: PROS - Ear buds can operate individually. - Good bass when positioned correctly - Various equalization options - Ambient mode - Fits small ears - Connects to Tile CONS - Serious sync and reconnection problems. I now use them in solo mode because it's a nightmare getting them both connected. - Mediocre battery life - No noise cancelling The earbuds are great when they're properly paired. But because they have such a problematic pairing or reconnection issue, I've resorted to using my other earbuds instead.

    Great earbuds
The Skull Candy Indy Evo wireless earbuds are in a short phrase, worth the price. I am a bit of a snob when it comes to earphones. I have gone through my fair share of earphones and have only liked a few of them. Pros: To start off the earbuds are surprisingly comfortable despite their look. The earbuds are larger than others but they are lightweight. Now as for performance they held up to my test of heavy bass and treble. The earbuds did very well at hitting the heavy bass all the while being able to hear the artist singing/ rapping. The earbuds charged fast and they lasted a couple of days with moderate use. The bluetooth pairing is seamless with no lag when watching videos.  Cons: I personally wish they were able to get louder but that is more of a personal preference. The carrying case/ charger is heavy duty but the lid does not close and lock which makes me nervous about losing the earbuds. Overall I was really happy with the wireless earbuds and would definitely buy another pair.

    Awesome Earbuds!
I love these earbuds. Fist of all, they paired very easily with my phone. They have multiple sizes of ear gels (the little part that goes into your ears). That's great for me because I have an issue with uncomfortable ear buds that keep falling out of my ears. These are both very comfortable, and they stay put no matter how much I move. The sound quality is excellent in both ears. I appreciate the option to listen to either side by itself. I have no issue with the volume level. In fact, I can't listen to it at its loudest. So if you like your earbuds very loud, but without quality distortion, I think you would like these. Another great feature is, it has a Tile built in. So if I lose them, it shouldn't be too difficult to find them. They charge quickly, and the charge lasts a long time. Lastly, I love the way they look. I couldn't ask for more from a pair of ear buds. I highly recommend them!

    Great earbuds!
I've been using this for quite some time and really love how they lasted a long time before needing to charge the entire case. I use this when I exercise and at night to watch videos. The sound quality is great, not the best out there but it's good for what it's worth. I had to switch to the smaller earpieces because the standard ones are a bit too big for me. They are comfortable enough, and only start hurting when the top piece of the buds rub against my ears if I wear over 4 hours. That top piece also makes it hard to close the case tight somehow. I had no trouble connecting my buds to my iPhone & I even downloaded the app to adjust the setting, mainly ambience mode. I find it a bit difficult to adjust the EQ modes with the touch control on the buds. So far I haven't had any disconnection issue after leaving my phone in the house to walk to the backyard, so that's a plus.

Superb Quality! Very Long Battery Life!
We love everything about these Indy XT Evo earbuds by Skullcandy! This will be a long review because I want to talk about all the awesome features of these earbuds as well as give some helpful tips (especially for those not very knowledgeable about technology). I'm not super tech savvy, but my husband is, and even he is impressed by the quality and features of these awesome earbuds! They come with three sizes (s, m, l) of ear gels (the rubbery things that wrap around the tiny speakers and go inside your ear canals), and two sizes (s, l) of stability ear gels (the rubbery things that sit on the outside of your hear, helping to hold a slight tension so the earbuds don't fall out). These earbuds can fit a wide variety of ear sizes. You may have to fiddle with the different combinations of sizes until you get a good fit that's not uncomfortable, but that will keep the earbuds in your ears. We found a perfect individual size combination for my husband, myself, and each of my 5 kids, and we found that regardless of ear size and shape, you can make these fit your ear. I will note that my 16 year old daughter found them uncomfortable regardless of what we tried, but she may just be sensitive to earbuds or have unusually small ears. It also comes with a USB-C charging cord. You plug this into the case (while the earbuds are in the case) and plug the other end into a computer, laptop, or USB plug/outlet/charger. The only negative thing I'd note is that the cord is super small- just a couple inches. We bought a longer charging cord to use. When fully charged, the earbuds hold 6 hours of battery charge, and there's an additional 24 hours of battery charge in the case, for a total of 30 hours! So if you're at work, hiking, or out and about, fully charge your earbuds and case before you leave home. You'll get to use the earbuds for 6 hours before the battery goes out. Then you can place them in your case (in your purse, pocket, or desk drawer) and charge them using just the case! This is such a cool feature! And it's fast too! 10 minutes in the case and you now have 2 more hours of battery (or 30 minutes for the full 6 hours that the earbuds can hold at one time). And you can do this 4 times, for a max of 24 hours of battery life stored in the case. We've tested these times, and there really is 30 hours of total battery life! When you first get them, they will be about half charged already so you can try them out right away. "Pairing" (or connecting) them to your phone is super easy and took us less than a minute on our Android phones (Motorola and Alcatel). Simply put the earbuds in the case and take them out again to automatically activate "pairing mode". Then turn Bluetooth on in your phone, and click on Indy Evo, and click Pair. (Menus on different phones may be different, but the steps are still super simple and straight forward.) I can do everything with these earbuds! I can listen to podcasts, music, watch/listen to videos, and even answer phone calls! With a large family and lots of noise and constant activity, these earbuds are really helpful and way better than trying to hear the speaker on my phone in a loud bustling house. The audio quality is absolutely superb for music, and crystal clear on both ends for phone calls. There are 3 EQ modes: music, movies, and podcast, so you can personalize the audio to your liking based on what you're listening to. You can control lots of things from your earbuds with just a tap on either earbud itself! Most of it is completely intuitive, but there's a little chart included in the instructions that tell you exactly which side to tap (and how many times and for how long), to control various things like: answer or end calls, volume up or down, EQ mode, track back or forward, voice assistant, play and pause, etc. It seemed overwhelming at first, but it's really easy and convenient once you get the hang of it. I can have my phone in my pocket while running, or on the counter in my kitchen while doing the dishes, or in my purse when I'm taking a walk, and I don't have to access my phone to control my audio. I can just tap on my earbuds and control everything from volume of music, to answering and ending calls. Keep in mind that you may accidentally tap on your earbuds and inadvertently change the controls if you do things like play with your hair, scratch your ear, etc. Just do your best to avoid the earbuds. I've accidentally put the volume up/down, and ended calls by inadvertently touching/tapping on them. Some other cool things... They are sweat, water and dust resistant, so my husband can take them on runs and to the gym and I don't have to worry about them getting ruined from his excessive sweat. They are easy to clean with baby wipes or antibacterial wipes. Also, they do a great job of cancelling out other noise while you listen to something. However, if you aren't listening to anything and want to hear the noise around you (and waiting for a phone call), you can put them on "ambient mode" to hear what's going on around you, and it's just like not having them in at all. You can also just set these up to use only one earbud if you'd prefer, and you can use an app called Tile to locate your earbuds if you lose them. We've had these earbuds for a few weeks now and myself as well as several family members (even several kids!) have used these earbuds all day, every day and they still look and work like new. They have stood up to very rough and constant use, and they really are heavy duty! They sound quality is absolutely amazing, super crisp and clear regardless of what you're listening to. This is now at the top of everyone's Christmas and birthday wish lists, because everyone wants their own pair! I would highly recommend these earbuds to anyone! For the busy mom who listens to podcasts while cleaning, for runners and people who work out and listen to music, for kiddos who listen to audio books, for college students taking online courses, or a multitasking person who has to answer calls and work simultaneously, etc. Anyone who is looking for affordable, very high quality ear buds will absolutely love these! (I received this product as part of the Spark Reviewer Program.)

    Luxury headphones!
These are amazing earphones! They are wireless. I put my phone in my flipbelt and no longer have a cord that I have to worry about accidentally knocking with my hands into while running. They sit nice in my ears. They even came with replacement squishy ear pieces! There are different ways you can tap them to answer & end calls, turn up and down the volume, etc. They are waterproof too, which is great because I do still run in the rain. I wasn't able to listen to my music when it was raining before these. They charge in a sleek case. Everything looks really luxury. They don't take much time to charge either and when they are charged they last forever. I've used them for a week straight and haven't had to charge them yet. Love them!! So happy with these.

    Great sound
PROS: -sound quality is great -they actually stay in my ears without falling out -small enough to be discrete and hidden behind my hair CONS: -the charge didn't last as long as it had stated on the box OVERALL: These are a great pair of headphones at a great price point. Although the charge didn't last as long as it had stated on the box, I still got plenty of use out of them before they needed recharged so I was fine with that.

    Absolutely Amazing!
These are my favorite pair of headphones I've ever owned. I wasn't sure what to expect because I've never owned Bluetooth wireless headphones before but I have used the Skull Candy brand since high school so I was pretty hopeful they would be good quality. They knocked it out of the park with these. While I don't have experience using Apple's AirPods, I can't see why they would be worth the extra money. These headphones work flawlessly and the touch controls are easy to use once you get them memorized. The case it comes with works well and they charge easily. Everything is very convenient and small so it's easy to store and travel with. It can all easily fit in your pocket or even a small evening clutch. The sound works very well and I love how my music sounds on these. I actually had to mentally remind myself not to belt along because no one else can hear the music and I'd probably just sound crazy. They are pretty dang soundproof too. I learned the first day I used them that I can't even hear my 3 kids when they are fighting with each other in the same room I'm in if I have these in. Definitely pretty good at noise canceling! They come with easy to use instructions and multiple ear pieces. They fit my ears perfectly right out of the box. Overall I'm incredibly happy with these and I may need to order a pair for my husband too so I don't have to share. I'd highly recommend these!

    A must for any Outdoorsman
I fish 30 + hours a week out of a boat in NE Texas, these are perfect for not missing a call or listening to a pod cast. When when I do yard work. Skull Candy has come out with "version 2.0" of their Indy "Evo" True Wireless In-Ear Headphones/earbuds. They have made some improvements from the previous model in this latest version. In the box you get the earbuds, charging case, USB-to-USB-C charging cable, 2 more pairs of rubber earbud parts of different sizes, 1 extra set of rubber earbud "place setters(?)", and paperwork/instructions. They come with a 2-year warranty. DISCLAIMER: I paired up these earbuds with both a Samsung Fold and a Samsung S20 Ultra for testing purposes PROS: ----------- * Biggest plus is using USB-C for charging the case! No more micro-USB. That is huge. Faster charging and easier plug-in. * They have a very low-profile look and don't stick out of your ear very far (no Frankenstein look) * Fit easily into the charging case and easily removable as well with the small rubber handle ends * Paired easily with the Samsung phones I used. * The touch controls were easy to use with voice prompts in each ear * You can use them independently of each other (1 in-ear with other in charging case).
