Totally on Point
I bought this hoping that it would be everything I wanted in 10GB of data, and I was blown away. It wasn't 9.5GB or 11GB. It was EXACTLY 10GB as advertised! Often times with other carriers I would buy data, only to discover that either it has spoiled (short shelf life for some GB's) or simply wasn't the quality of GB I was looking for. I highly recommend.

bad service
I find I miss calls that don't show up on my phone. A call is coming in and the phone, Samsung Galaxy 5, won't ring. It is a lie this is not a contract service - you have to have 365 days of "active" service to get the phone opened. I will be switching shortly. Horrible customer service.

    1 month = 30 days ?
My Husband, Son %26 I have used the $55 plan for at least 6 yrs. It states unlimited but seams to slow down and possibly stop 12-24 before the 30 days. We like “straight talk “ just fine. We LOVE the REWARDS !! Thanks STRAIGHT TALK'!

Straight talk internet almost NEVER works anymore!
Service has really gone down hill since we started using straight talk a few years ago. Cellular internet hardly ever works on any of my family's phones if Wi-Fi connection isn't available.

    Phone card
This phone card says I cloud storage, but it does not show any storage once this card is put on the phone. I can say this phone service is good. I have been using this phone card for seven years.

BUYER BEWARE - LOSE YOUR $$$
Bought PIN card, electronically delivered. Mind you I've done this for over a year now (monthly) because I was doing the two-line plan, so no auto-billing is avail. The PIN didn't work. Called Straight Talk (ST) tech support. They said there's nothing they can do

    Use gmail account
I only giving 4 stars because one card will give you service for only 30 days. I brought an extra one time or another and it gave me the same amount of network for twice as much. Now some folks will get a 60 or a 90 day one. Just do your homework so you won't feel like you're being robbed. Another thing that most people don't know is that you can use you gmail with Wal-Mart.com and they can send the information to your gmail account. Once you open your gmail confirming the shipment of said product, you can then click on the 15 digit card number that it gives you and paste it too the number 611611 to add it to add the service to your phone. IT'S EASY!!!

    Flawless process
Straight Talk is a good buy and will keep doing business. Keep in mind the cell companies oversell bandwidth, so from 1800 hours to 2300 hours, good luck on getting any reliable network speed for website use. Voice and text are flawless, data is a joke during hours mentioned. So the work around is use data from 0100 hours to 0800 hours and your good to go.

So far no complaints, getter faster as time passes
Great service, you will never be disappointed, I tell everyone about this and see how their service compares and other services are a rip off, slow speed disaster, unless you have a big family with 4vor more more phones on 1 bill you'll never find a better deal than this. I've been using it for 7 years and it's only gotten better over time how many things can you say that about? Rare to see quality remain and price go down. Never needed to make contact with support ever do I could care less if their support us good or bad the best way to rate support is by never knowing it even exists!

    Worst company.
Straight talk is an absolute train wreck. I cannot stand it but right now I don't have the money to switch providers. Their employees have not a clue what they're doing and every week I have to call and get my phone fixed different each time.

Hope you don't want service that works
It's simple I have had my settings reset multiple times yet everything is still extremely slow and the voice calls are spotty and text messages can take a really long time to receive

    Service
My calls are dropping, sometimes I have to dial a number twice before it connects. You tube videos if not connected to wifi constantly buffers.

    UnHappy
Very unhappy with the phones and the program. The phones keep messing up and are very slow. The program isn't "unlimited". I even get charged double, for something I didn't even agree to.

never again will i have a phone contract
best phone service i've ever had. i will NEVER go back to a phone contract. i never have any problems with dropped calls, and i've never had to worry about not having internet. i just bring my own phone to the service, and for less than $60 a month, i have unlimited everything.

    Not a happy customer
We purchased the 55 dollar unlimited card and paying that much u should get what the card says, which it says unlimited data+talk+text.it says no where on the front of the card that u only get so many gigs.now with that being said.my husband's data was shut completely off.if it isn't unlimited then you should not put it on the cards.in all the years I have used straight talk we have never had this issue til today! I think everyone should reconsider using this company til they can fix that problem.they don't care cause they know that they have a lot more customers and a few people does not matter.it would if we took it to the news!

$10 extra is worth it for more data
I was always running out of high speed data and getting my speed throttled the last few days of the month so I'm glad they have this new option to pay $10 for more high speed data. This was my second month buying the $55 card vs. the $45 card and I had high speed the entire month so I'm really happy. Totally worth it for me.

    Good, but...
There are totally cheaper plans, like Total Wireless or Boost. But ST does seem to have the largest selection of phones. The e-delivery Is convenient, but the delay before receiving the card is a bit unfortunate. Other than that it's a nice option to have.
