Great Product
I bought this 10-gal Hefty Lockable Stepan Trash Can about a month ago when my other kitchen trash can cracked and started leaking. It has a feature on the bottom front of the can that allows you to open the trash can so that you do not have to touch it with your hands to open it. It also has a locking feature so that you can lock small children and pets out to keep them from playing with the nasty trash! The trash can is the perfect size for or kitchen or a bathroom. Great product! Great Company!

    Great trash can for apartment
    The size is perfect for my apartment. It takes several attempts to get the top of the trash can to attach to the bottom once a trash bag is inside of the trash can.

    employees should check its not broken first
    is know its a good trash can and the lock lids works good cuz k owned this same one before. so i decided to buy it again for my new house. will it came in the mail and kts broken . the part to snap in the lid is broken off so I cant connect it. got the trash can for the sole purpos of the lid because of my toddlers. and the return process sucks. normally like amazon u dont need to always return said item and they will just rellace or refund u. but this is extra steps to return it. for me I live in a rual area and my closest walmart is about 2 hours away. i dont have funds for gas. im a single mom. work. I dont own a printer to print a return lable. I dont have box tape to tape it back into the box . its almost sad I might have to pay for a whole new one because of the return situation. yes i get it some people can simply return it easily but my situation it sucks. all I wish is that the employee who puts items in boxes to check for this stuff lf its broken or not.

    Purchased this trashcan about a month ago and haven't had any issues. It opens and closes easily and smoothly. The locking feature is very useful. I plan on taking this can camping and will use it as intended and will also use it to pack/transport items in for my trip.

    The 10-gal Hefty Lockable StepOn Trash Can - Black-Cast Aluminum in color, is perfect to use as a standard trash can, or a feed can for our cats! With the built in lock, you don't have to worry about them getting into it! It is very sturdy, and the foot lift is a huge bonus!

    Received my can, and the quality is spot on. Can is super easy to use, and love the ability to lock the lid. Ideal for people with small children or those pesky pets that use the trash can as a buffet! Would definitely recommend to family and friends

    I have to say I am pretty happy with my 10-gal Hefty Lockable StepOn Trash Can. It is absolutely the perfect size to fit underneath my kitchen prep table in my kitchen. I love that I don't have to use my hands to lift the lid, just lightly tap my toe on the little step and the lid rises itself.

    I received this Hefty Lockable Trash can as a gift. I love the fact that it locks because my cat rubs against things and knocks them over! This is such a clever addition to a trash can.     terrible..came without the foot pedal!! who is the person in charge of packing these products ensuring everything is in the box?? seriously DISAPPOINTED IN WALMART TODAY!picture shows parts received. ..no step pedal makes it worthless!

    slender, perfect size
    we needed a hygienic trash can that we dont touch with our hands like a flip-top and this one does the job with its step-on pedal. Most slender trash cans have the pedal on the narrow side which would not have worked for us but this can has the pedal on the broad side. It fits into the small space up against a wall in the corridor so it needed to be on the slender side so it would not stick out. its so easy to replace a garbage bag in this can
